Abstract
The present invention relates to a packaging box assembly, characterized in that the fruit is sealed and packaged through a first packaging portion covering a circumferential surface and a lower surface of the fruit, and a second packaging portion covering the upper surface of the fruit. , Both the top and bottom and side sections of the fruit can be tightly fixed by the first packaging unit and the second packaging unit, thereby preventing the fruit from being separated. In addition, since the second packaging unit is formed in a structure that can accommodate the first packaging unit inside, the first packaging unit and the fruit accommodated inside the second packaging unit are in close contact with the second packaging unit in all orientations excluding the top. Since it is supported, in response to this multi-orientation close contact structure, the supporting force for the fruit and the fruit receiving structure of the first packaging unit is further improved, and separation is minimized. In addition, since the first packaging part and the second packaging part are formed in a tube structure in which buffer air can be injected inside, it is possible to protect the fruit in a kind of tube structure or air bag structure, thereby damaging the fruit due to external force This minimized effect occurs.
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging box assembly, and in detail, a packaging box assembly capable of protecting and receiving fruits by the principle of an air bag so as to minimize the escape space that may cause the fruit to escape while maintaining structural stability from various loads. It is about.
In general, fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, etc. are distributed in units of boxes by containing a plurality of fruits in one packaging box in order to secure the distribution.
At this time, there is a problem in that the fruits contained in the packaging box collide with each other in the distribution process and the surface is softened or bruised and easily damaged.
Therefore, in this case, the inside of the packaging box uses the fruit eggplant plate in which the eggplant grooves are partitioned, and the fruit is arranged in a partitioned manner so as to prevent the fruit from coming into contact with each other, thereby enhancing the safety of the packaging.
However, even when such a fruit egg board is used, if the packaging box is shaken or swayed to one side during the transportation process, the fruit placed in the egg box groove flows and collides with each other, or It can spill over to either side and bump into each other.
As part of solving these problems, the preceding Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2010-0000156 discloses a fruit egg board including a nanjwa groove portion having a nanjwa structure and a wrinkle formed on the inner surface of the nanjwa groove portion. .
In the case of the prior literature, it is characterized in that the corrugation structure of the corrugated portion presses the fruit to minimize the separation.
However, the prior literature does not disclose any means for pressing and supporting the upper surface of the fruit, and there is a problem in that the fruit is detached as it is when the egg seat plate is turned over or inclined.
In addition, since a separate gripping means such as a handle is not present in the prior literature, considerable inconvenience may occur when transporting fruit.
The present invention has been conceived to solve the above-described problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box assembly that does not have an escape space from which fruit can be separated, can buffer fruit, and is also equipped with convenience in transport. .

The packaging box assembly according to the present invention is characterized in that the fruit is sealed and packaged through a first packaging portion covering a circumferential surface and a lower surface of the fruit, and a second packaging portion covering the upper surface of the fruit. All of the top and bottom and side sections of the fruit can be tightly fixed by the first packaging unit and the second packaging unit, thereby preventing the fruit from separating.
In addition, the second packaging portion is formed in a structure that can be closely supported while surrounding the first packaging portion, and accordingly, the entire outer circumferential surface of the fruit and the first packaging portion is surrounded by the second packaging portion, such as the contents contained in the bag. It can be wrapped. That is, the bag structure is a structure that maximizes the contact area directly related to the supporting force, and accordingly, the contact area formed between the first packaging unit and the fruit and the second packaging unit and the support force are maximized. In addition, since the first packaging portion and the fruit are surrounded by the second packaging portion, there is no space in which the first packaging portion and the fruit can be separated, thereby minimizing the separation.
In addition, since the first packaging part and the second packaging part are formed in a tube structure in which buffer air can be injected inside, it is possible to protect the fruit in a kind of tube structure or air bag structure, thereby damaging the fruit by the action of external force. This minimized effect occurs.
And, through such air filling, the first packaging unit can apply a pressing force corresponding to the air filling to the fruit, and this first packaging unit corresponds to the air filled inside the second packaging unit while being accommodated inside the second packaging unit. As a result of this, the overall pressure support and fixation effect is further improved.
In addition, the first packaging portion and the second packaging portion are formed in a structure that can be attached to each other, and through this, the separability and the corresponding separable storage property are secured.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the
And, as shown in the order of Figure 5a to Figure 5b, in the case of the
In this case, the
In addition, when the
Through this bending characteristic, interference generated during the folding process is reduced, and thus the folding process can be performed more naturally.
In detail, the first connecting
Further, the
Due to the above-described convex or pointed structure, the
In addition, as it corresponds to the reduction in the thickness of the
That is, due to the decrease in the amount of internal air that causes interference in the folding process, not only the folding process becomes easier, but also the occurrence of internal puncture due to air resistance is significantly reduced.
In addition, when performing the folding process with the first connecting
In this case, since only the first connecting
In addition, since the first connecting
In order to solve this problem, as shown in FIG. 7, the
In addition, the
In addition, the first
Accordingly, the opposite structure between the
Through such a plurality of support structures, the structure of the whole assembly and the stability of the packaging of the

However, this is only an example for explanation, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and the number, specific location, etc. of the

As described above, the overall description of the
First, as described above, the
In detail, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a first

Preferably, each of the
Accordingly, the contact restraining force between the chains is generated on the side of the chain structure where the load is generated, due to the above-described insertion coupling, and the effect of ensuring the stability of the fastening occurs.
In addition, since the zipper structure allows the entire structure to be combined or detached simply by sliding the zipper handle to one side or the other side, the effect of ensuring the ease of detachment is also generated.

And, the inner surface of the second connecting
Accordingly, the
At this time, both sides of the
In this case, when an external force is applied to the side surface of the
To solve this problem, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, the

At this time, the two pairs of the
When this is described in detail with reference to FIG. 7 again, it can be seen that a part of the
Accordingly, various harmful substances such as ethylene gas and carbon dioxide generated from the
In addition, it is possible to avoid the high temperature and high humidity conditions due to excessive sealing, resulting in the effect of minimizing the deformation and spoilage of the fruit (1).
In order to form such a wire holding section (F), there are various methods such as allowing each of the pillar structures composed of the
Third, as shown in the order of 6b to 6c, the
Fourth, as shown in the order of 6d to 6c, by further injecting air into the first
Fifth, as shown in the order of FIG. 6D to FIG. 6E, the packaging receiving section S surrounds the
Sixth, as shown in the order of FIG. 6E to FIG. 6F, air is injected into the
Finally, as shown in FIG. 6G, in the state of FIG. 6F, the second connecting
In this case, the
In addition, as described above through FIGS. 5D to 5F, the
In summary, the first connecting
That is, the lower surface of the
In addition, in the above case, the circumferential surface of the
And, as described above with reference to FIGS. 5D to 5F, the upper and lower surfaces of the
That is, the
Next, the features of the present invention occurring due to the above-described
First, a case where the
In the above case, if the
And, above all, since the
However, in the case of the
Accordingly, the
For this reason, there is no escape space in the entire orientation of the
In the case of the
Through this connection structure, even if vibration occurs, the
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6G, the
In detail, the
Accordingly, the
And, as described above, since the
In detail, when the user grips the
In addition, FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of a separation force acting when there is no handle in the state of FIG. 6G, and FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a separation preventing force generated in the state of FIG. 6G.
With further reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, another support effect by the handle portion will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 8, assuming that there is no
Due to the absence of such a supporting force, the
If it is not possible to cancel the action of the release forces N1 and N2, the entire packaging structure of the
However, as shown in FIG. 6G, if the
As shown in FIG. 9, when the
In this case, the
And, as described above, since the
In addition, since the
At this time, the release forces N1 and N2 act in a direction away from the
That is, the corresponding carrying force (R) is a force acting in a direction opposite to the disengaging forces (N1, N2), so in the end, the disengaging forces (N1, N2) are canceled by the corresponding carrying force (R). will be.
As described above, a description of an example of packaging the
To release the above-described fruit (1) packaging state, the process shown in FIGS. 6A to 6G cited above may be performed in reverse order.
In addition, the
In addition, the processes shown in FIGS. 6A to 6G are merely illustrative of the
That is, the use aspect of the
As described above, the present invention has a main technical idea to provide the
