편목장이 본발명인 실시예 1의 조건보다 긴 비교예 1의 경우 원단이 표 2와 같이 폭방향으로 과도한 신축성이 발현되어 원단의 염색 또는 가공시에 미세한 마찰에 의하여 원단의 실이 뜯겨져 나와 원단표면에 보푸라기등의 불량현상을 나타내었다.In the case of Comparative Example 1 where the braiding length is longer than the conditions of Example 1 of the present invention, as shown in Table 2, excessive elasticity of the fabric is expressed in the width direction, and the yarn of the fabric is torn off due to fine friction during dyeing or processing of the fabric. 비교예 2의 경편직원단의 경우 폴리우레탄필름을 접착하면 원단의 신축성이 현저히 감소하여 길이방향으로는 신축성을 거의 발현하지 못하여 뻣뻣한 상태가 되어짐을 상기 표3에서 확인할수 있었다.In the case of the warp knitting staff of Comparative Example 2, it was confirmed from Table 3 that when the polyurethane film was adhered, the elasticity of the fabric was remarkably reduced, and thus the elasticity was hardly expressed in the longitudinal direction, and thus it became a stiff state.
