Claims (6)

도로변에 설치되어 제설제나 물을 분사하여 먼지를 청소하거나 결빙을 방지하는 클린로드 시스템에 있어서,
도로변에서 우수나 지하수 및 하천수를 유입관(11)을 통하여 공급받아 저장하면서 정화하여 배출관(12)을 통하여 정화된 물(운영수)을 공급하는 운영수저장조(10)와;
상기 운영수저장조(10)의 배출관(12)을 통하여 배출되는 운영수을 개폐하면서 순환되도록 다수의 운영수밸브(21)와 연동되는 운영수 펌프(20)와;
상기 운영수저장조(10)의 일측에서 동절기 블랙아이스를 방지하기 위하여 초산칼슘과 첨가제와 물을 혼합한 동결방지제가 저장되는 동결방지제 탱크(30)와;
상기 동결방지제탱크(30)에서 배출되는 동결방지제를 개폐하면서 순환되도록 동결방지제 밸브(41)와 연동되는 동결방지제 펌프(40)와;
상기 펌프(20,40)와 연결되어 운영수와 동결방지제의 배출량을 조절하면서 제어하는 통합제어부(50)와;
상기 펌프(20,40)와 연결된 배관(21,41)의 말단부와 연동되어 도로변이나 도로중앙부에 설치되는 분사배관(61)과, 상기 분사배관(61)에 다수개 체결되어 먼지와 블렉아이스가 제거되도록 운영수와 동결방지제을 분사하는 분사노즐(62)로 이루어진 통합분사장치(60)와;
상기 통합제어부(50)와 통신을 통하여 상기 펌프(20,40)와 통합분사장치(60)를 원격으로 휴대폰(71)이나 중앙관리실(72)에서 조절하는 원격제어부(70)로 구성되고,
상기 운영수 저장조(10)은 트랜치의 상측에 연결되어 대량 우수가 유입되는 우수유입관(11a)과, 지하수의 유입되는 지하수유입관(11b)으로 이루어진 유입관(11)과, 상기 유입관(11)을 통하여 유입된 물의 이물질을 걸러내는 걸름망(13a)이 구비된 전처리하우징(13)과, 상기 전처리하우징(13)의 내측에서 이물질이 걸러진 물이 유입되며 측면에 지하수가 유입되도록 경사진 다수개의 경사유입공(14a)이 천공되고 내측에 천연광물이 혼재된 광물여과재(14b)가 내재된 장방형의 운영수전처리조(14)와, 상기 운영수전처리조(14)의 내측에서 정화된 운영수를 운영수펌프(20)로 유출시키는 배출관(12)으로 구성되고, 상기 운영수 저장조(10)의 내측연에는 물이 부족하면 이를 감지하여 물이 투입되도록 안착되는 수위계(15)로 구성되며,
상기 통합분사장치(60)의 분사배관(61)은 상기 운영수 펌프(20)와 연결된 배관(21)의 말단부와 연결된 운영수 분사배관(61a)과, 상기 동결방지제 펌프(40)와 연결된 배관(41)의 말단부와 연결된 동결방지제 분사배관(61b)으로 구성되고,
상기 분사노즐(62)은 운영수 분사배관(61a)에 다수개 체결되어 도로변 먼지가 제거되도록 운영수을 분사하는 운영수분사노즐(62a)과, 상기 동결방지제 분사배관(61b)에 다수개 체결되어 도로내 블렉아이스가 제거되도록 동결방지제를 분사하는 동결방지제 분사노즐(62b)로 구성되며,
상기 통합분사장치(60)의 내측에는 상기 분사배관(61)과 분사노즐(62)을 연결하는 연결구(63)가 구비되고, 상기 연결구(63)는 분사배관(61)의 일측에서 타측으로 관통된 관통공의 양측에 안착되도록 내측에 요입된 요입홈이 형성되고 중앙이 관통된 한쌍의 연결패킹(63a)과, 상기 연결패킹(63a)에 일측에서 타측으로 삽입되며 내측에 물이 유통되도록 다수개 관통공이 형성된 원통형상의 체결봉(63b)과, 상기 체결봉(63b)의 일측에서 조이면서 밀착패킹(63a)과 밀착되도록 곡면으로 형성된 체결와셔(63c)와, 상기 체결와셔(63c)를 체결봉(63b)에 고정시키도록 내측에 텝이 형성된 체결너트(63d)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트사계절 클린로드시스템.
