상악홀더와 하악홀더 사이를 연결하며, 제1 연결부, 제2 연결부, 회전축부 및 이동축부를 포함하는 연결부;를 포함하며,
회전축부는 제1 연결부와 제2 연결부의 회전의 기준이 되며, 이동축부는 회전축부를 기준으로 제1 연결부와 제2 연결부의 회전각도를 조절하는 치아모형 고정장치.
