Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an expansion and contraction corrugated pipe joint for ship piping, and more particularly, a ship piping that significantly reduces the configuration constituting the corrugated pipe joint to reduce cost, while simplifying the manufacturing process to improve productivity and significantly reduce manufacturing time. It relates to an expansion and contraction corrugated pipe joint.
In general, piping is mainly used as a means for transporting gas and fluid, such as gas, on a shelf. These pipes are made in the form of connecting several pipes due to their considerable length. Pipes are mainly made of metallic materials, and these materials are highly deformed, such as stretching or shrinking depending on the temperature.
In addition, when a pipe is installed in a moving means such as a ship or a vehicle, considerable vibration and heat are generated during the operation of the moving means, and such vibration and heat may be transferred to the pipe and cause damage to the pipe.
In the case of a long pipe to absorb such deformation, a flexible pipe joint is installed at an appropriate interval between the pipe and the pipe.
However, the conventional flexible piping joint consists of a corrugated pipe and a connection part provided at both ends of the corrugated pipe, and a flange part provided at the connection part. After fixing the connection by welding to the corrugated pipe, the flange is welded to the connection part connected to the corrugated pipe. Since a separate connection part has to be provided and welded to the corrugated pipe body and the flange, respectively, there are problems that manufacturing costs are excessively generated, productivity is reduced, and manufacturing time is excessively required.

As an expansion and contraction corrugated pipe joint installed in a pipe provided on a ship to move objects such as gas, vapor and fluid,
Ship piping consisting of a hollow corrugated pipe body with annular corrugated protrusions, an extension pipe portion formed at both ends of the corrugated pipe body and curved outer surface, and a flange portion formed in the extension pipe portion and connected to the ship's pipe In the flexible corrugated pipe joint for
A reinforcing wrinkle protrusion having a lower height than the corrugation protrusion is further formed in the extension pipe part,
The reinforcing wrinkle protrusion is further provided with elastic elasticity restoration means so as to be restored by elasticity when deformed by heat due to movement of the object,
The elastic elasticity restoration means,
An annular reinforcing ring member fixed to reinforcing grooves formed on both inner surfaces of the reinforcing wrinkle protrusions,
Consisting of an elastic restoration part made of restoration elastic coil springs connecting the reinforcing ring member,
When the reinforcing wrinkle protrusion is deformed by the heat generated in the process of moving the object, the reinforcing wrinkle protrusion deformed by the elasticity of the elastic restoration unit is restored,
The corrugated pipe body is further provided with a bending prevention support means to prevent bending of the corrugated pipe body by heat of a moving object,
The bending prevention support means,
A connection ring formed on the corrugations,
A support shaft that connects and penetrates the connecting ring of the corrugations,
An elastic pressure pipe made of a synthetic resin material having elasticity that is fixed to the inner surface of the connecting ring and is bonded or screwed to the connecting ring after being inserted into the connecting ring, and pressurizes the support shaft by elasticity to fix it,
A support coil spring having one end fixed to both ends of the support shaft,
A pressure panel that is fixed to the other end of the support coil spring and presses the flange portion by the elasticity of the support coil spring;
Consisting of an elastic friction panel attached to one side of the pressure panel,
The support shaft supports the corrugated pipe body to prevent the corrugated pipe body from bending due to heat of the object,
The support shaft is prevented from moving by the elasticity of the support coil spring and the elastic friction panel,
And a vibrator that is fixed to the outer surface of the support shaft and transmits vibration to the support shaft to prevent the support shaft from being caught or rubbed against the connecting ring and the elastic pressure pipe during the process of expanding and contracting the corrugated pipe body.
