Description
The present invention relates to a tank transport trailer capable of transporting a tank in which a fluid such as oil is stored by connecting to a vehicle.
In general, a tank trailer is provided with a towing unit in which a king pin is disposed so that it can be towed by being combined with a towing vehicle disposed in the front. In addition, a driving unit in which a plurality of wheels are disposed is provided behind the traction unit and a predetermined distance. The tank is disposed in the upper longitudinal direction of the traction unit and the driving unit. And, by supplying air into the tank through a discharge line connected to the tank to increase the pressure, the contents of the tank are discharged.
However, the conventional tank trailer increases the pressure inside the tank to discharge the contents, so that when a pressure higher than the set pressure is applied, there is a problem that the contents of the tank are not completely discharged and remain.
In addition, conventionally, it is difficult to operate so that the outlet at the rear end of the tank is arranged in the storage space while the tank trailer is connected to the towing vehicle, so the contents of the tank are stored in a state in which the towing vehicle is placed close to the storage space. When the discharge line is connected to the discharge port and storage space of the tank in order to transfer the contents of the tank to another storage space, the discharge line is placed outside the trailer in a long exposed state, so that the operator or other working vehicle In addition to obstructing the movement of the discharge line, there is a risk of a safety accident due to leakage of contents due to damage to the discharge line.
Such, a conventional tank trailer, is presented in the Republic of Korea Utility Model Publication No. 20-0359742 (2004.08.11).
