Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tank lorry, and more particularly to a structure for mounting a tank on a traveling vehicle body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Most tank lorries that carry a large amount of industrial fluids such as gasoline and chemical liquids are special purpose vehicles such as trucks that replace the carrier with tanks. In this case, the front and rear long tanks are often partitioned into a plurality of front and rear fluid storage spaces, and many are capable of transferring a plurality of types of industrial fluids.
[0003]
In this case, before storing different fluids in the tank, the inside of the tank and the discharge means (pump, etc.) must be cleaned before cleaning the tank using a large amount of cleaning liquid such as water. become. In this cleaning work, the cleaning liquid is usually injected from the fluid inlet at the top of the tank, so the worker must work on the tank and work down. It was troublesome, labor and time consuming, for example.
[0004]
Therefore, by installing a plurality of tanks each having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet before and after each, it is possible to improve the flexibility of transporting the same or multiple types of fluids with one tank lorry, and to improve transport efficiency and transport cost. A known technique (for example, see Patent Document 1) is known.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-067783
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The tank lorry disclosed in the above publication can be configured to have a tank shape suitable for the fluid to be stored, and one tank itself can be small in size and has advantages such as easy manufacturing. However, when changing the tank contents (fluid), the troublesome tank cleaning work at the site is necessary as before, and the work to change the tank contents is speeded up and the fluid transport efficiency is improved. There was room for improvement to make it happen.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to reduce the time required for cleaning tanks and pumps when changing the contents of the tank, and to improve the transportation efficiency by making it possible to quickly move and travel. Another object is to reduce the labor for cleaning tanks and pumps.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, in the tank lorry, a fluid-storable tank is detachably mounted on a traveling vehicle body. In other words, the tank is configured to have sufficient strength and rigidity to be able to be carried alone by itself in a state where the tank is full of fluid.
[0009]
According to the configuration of
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tank lorry in which a fluid-storable tank is mounted on a traveling vehicle body capable of traveling.
The tank device is constituted by supporting the tank on a support, and the tank device is detachably mounted on a traveling vehicle body.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a tank device is provided which has sufficient strength and rigidity by having the tank supported by a support when the tank is detachably mounted on the traveling vehicle body. In addition, due to the strength function of the support, the strength and rigidity that do not deform even when the tank is removed from the traveling vehicle body can be secured. In the conventional tank lorry where the traveling body and the tank are integrated, they can reinforce each other by integrating them, so that the necessary strength and rigidity could be secured. The strength and rigidity were insufficient.
[0012]
Therefore, the tank device can be detachably mounted on the traveling vehicle body by configuring the tank device. When storing a different fluid in the tank, a tank device containing the different fluid is prepared in advance, and the tank device is provided separately. By changing, it is possible to shift to a state of traveling and transporting without waiting for the time required for the cleaning operation in the tank, and it is possible to shorten the transporting time and improve the transporting efficiency. In addition, since the tank device that is lowered from the traveling vehicle body by reloading can be washed at a position lower than the state mounted on the traveling vehicle and at a place suitable for washing such as a car wash, the washing operation itself is also performed. It can be performed easily and efficiently, and the cleaning work efficiency can be improved.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the second aspect, the support is formed of a substantially cage-shaped container frame surrounding the tank device.
[0014]
According to the configuration of the third aspect, the above-described functions and effects of the configuration of the second aspect are exhibited, and the following operations and effects are obtained. Since the support is configured as a container frame surrounding the tank, the container frame also functions as a guard member for preventing other objects from contacting the tank. In other words, the container frame allows the function of the strength member supporting the tank and the function of preventing the tank from being damaged to be multifunctional. In addition, since the container frame picture is substantially cage-shaped, it is preferable that the tank can be easily approached from the outside of the container frame, and that maintenance of the tank can be easily performed.
[0015]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the pump according to the first to third aspects, wherein a fluid discharge portion capable of taking out the fluid from the tank is provided at a front end of the tank, and the fluid from the fluid discharge portion is driven and discharged. The apparatus is provided at a position near a fluid discharge unit in a traveling vehicle body.
[0016]
According to the configuration of
[0017]
As a result, the power transmission system for driving the pump device can be reduced in size, thereby achieving a cost / weight reduction effect and an improvement effect of the power transmission efficiency. There is also an advantage that the moving distance to the unit is shortened, the flow line of the worker is shortened, and the labor can be reduced.
[0018]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the fourth aspect, a fluid outlet of the pump device is provided on each of the right and left sides of the traveling vehicle body.
[0019]
According to the configuration of
[0020]
