Claims (4)

슬라이더 크랭크 기구의 편심량을 조절할 수 있는 가변 편심 장치로서,

몸체부(10) 하부에는 구동모터(2)의 회전축과 연결되어 회전력을 전달받기 위해 몸체부(10)의 하부면에 형성된 회전축 연결부가 구비되고,
몸체부(10) 상부에는 편심부재(20)가 상기 구동모터(2)의 회전축에 직각인 방향으로 이동하도록 가이드하는 제 1 가이드부가 구비되어 있는 몸체부(10)와;

상기 제 1 가이드부와 결합되어 편심부재(20)의 이동을 가이드하는 제 2 가이드부(22)와, 편심부재(2)의 상면에서 외부의 크랭크와 연결하기 위한 구비된 편심축(21)을 포함하는 편심부재(20)와;

상기 몸체부(10)에 탑재되어 편심부재의 이동에 필요한 구동력을 제공하는 모터(12)와;

편심부재(20)에 결합되며 상기 모터(12)의 회전력을 전달받아 편심부재(20)의 이동을 위한 직선운동으로 변환시키는 피구동부와;

몸체부(10)가 구동모터(2)의 회전력에 의해 회전하는 동안에도 몸체부(10)에 탑재된 상기 모터(12)로 외부 전기를 공급하기 위해, 몸체부(10)의 외면에 링 형태로 배치된 금속 밴드와, 상기 금속밴드에 접촉되며 외부의 전원과 연결된 접점을 포함하는 동력전달부;를 구비하며,

상기 모터(12)에 의해 편심부재(20)를 이동시켜, 편심축(21)이 상기 구동모터(2)의 회전축과 어긋나는 양에 따라 편심량을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 편심 장치.
