상기 눈의 윗꺼풀에 위치되는 윗꺼풀 속눈썹을 시술자의 방향으로 내린 후, 뿌리 끝에서 1~2mm 간격을 띄우고 종이테이프 2개로 고정하는 윗꺼풀 속눈썹 종이테이프 부착 고정단계;
고정된 윗꺼풀 속눈썹에 대하여 속눈썹 연장 시술기구를 이용해서 맨 위층의 윗꺼풀 속눈썹부터 1~2mm 간격을 두고 바깥으로 빼내는 윗꺼풀 속눈썹 빼냄단계; 및
빼내어진 상기 윗꺼풀 속눈썹에 접착제를 이용해서 인조 속눈썹을 부착하여 길이를 연장하는 접착제를 이용한 인조 속눈썹 부착단계;를 포함하며,
