첨부된 도 1은 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼방지 트랜치 커버를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2는 도 1표시의 "A"부 확대도이다. Attached Figure 1 is a view showing a non-slip trench cover according to the present invention, Figure 2 is an enlarged view of the "A" portion of Figure 1;
이들 도면에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 본 발명은 트랜치 커버 몸체(10)와 상기 트랜치 커버 몸체(10)의 표면에 도장되는 아연 도금층(11) 및 상기 아연 도금층(11)의 상부에 도포되는 제1~제4 도포층(12~15)을 포함하여 구성하는 것이 바람직하다. As shown in these drawings, the present invention is a
상기 트랜치 커버 몸체(10)는 금속 재질로 이루어지는 통상의 구조이다. 즉, 금속 재질을 가공 및 절곡하여 통상의 트랜치 커버 몸체(10)를 형성한다. 이때, 상기트랜치 커버 몸체(10)는 스테인레스 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. The
이러한 트랜치 커버 몸체(10)의 표면에 아연 도금층(11)을 형성한다. 상기 아연 도금층(11)은 트랜치 커버 몸체(10)의 녹방지를 위해 도장하는 것으로, 아연 용융 도금에 의해 형성하는 것이 바람직하다. A
상기 아연 도금층(11)의 상부에 워시 프라이머를 도포하여 제1 도포층(12)을 형성한다. 상기 제1 도포층(12)은 비철금속에 에폭시의 접착을 강하게 하며, 침투성이 우수하기 때문에 후술하는 에폭시 혹은 세라믹의 도포를 가능하게 한다. The
상기 제1 도포층(12)의 상부에 에폭시 혹은 세라믹을 도포하여 제2 도포층(13)을 형성한다. 상기 에폭시 혹은 세라믹은 워시 프라이머에 의해 강하게 접착된다.The
상기 제2 도포층(13)의 상부에 미끄럼 방지를 위해 규사 분말을 도포하여 제3 도포층(14)을 형성한다. The
상기 제3 도포층(14)은 하기 표 1과 같은 구성 성분들과 함량으로 혼합 조성하는 것이 바람직하다. The
상기 표 1에서 확인되는 바와 같이, 규사 분말은 미끄럼 방지 효과를 증대하기 위한 것이다. 따라서 높은 마찰 계수를 얻기 위해서는 규사 분말의 입도가 서로 다른 것을 혼합하여 도포하는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 입도가 큰 규사 분말과 입도가 작은 규사 분말을 6:4의 비율로 혼합하여 도포하는 것이 바람직하다. As can be seen from Table 1 above, the silica sand powder is for increasing the anti-slip effect. Therefore, in order to obtain a high coefficient of friction, it is preferable to apply a mixture of silica particles having different particle sizes. That is, it is preferable to mix and apply the silica powder having a large particle size and the silica powder having a small particle size in a ratio of 6: 4.
이와 같이 입도가 다른 규사 분말을 혼합하여 도포하게 되면 미끄럼 방지 효과를 극대화할 수 있다. When the silica sand powder having different particle sizes is mixed and applied in this way, the anti-slip effect can be maximized.
또한, 규사 분말이 접착제와의 강한 결합을 위하여 약품가루를 입힌 후 혼합할 수 도 있다.In addition, the silica sand powder may be mixed after coating with chemical powder for strong bonding with the adhesive.
변성 아크릴 접착제의 첨가 이유는, 강하게 접착고정 상태로 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 따라서 첨가량이 3중량% 미만이면 고착력을 떨어지게 할 우려가 있고, 반대로 10중량%를 초과하면 규사 분말의 마찰계수를 저하시킬 우려가 있다.The reason for the addition of the modified acrylic adhesive is to keep it strongly adhered. Therefore, if the added amount is less than 3% by weight, there is a fear that the fixing force is lowered. On the contrary, when it exceeds 10% by weight, the friction coefficient of the silica sand powder may be lowered.
변성 아크릴 접착제에는 상기 규사 분말이 보다 견실하게 고정되어 있도록 하기 위한 접착강화제가 더 혼입된다. 접착강화제와 변성 아크릴 접착제의 혼합비율은 9:1 내지 9.5:0.5로 혼합된다.In the modified acrylic adhesive, an adhesive strengthening agent is further incorporated to make the silica sand powder more firmly fixed. The mixing ratio of the adhesive strengthening agent and the modified acrylic adhesive is mixed at 9: 1 to 9.5: 0.5.
상기 경화제는 변성 아크릴 접착제의 신속한 경화를 위해 첨가하는 것으로, 그 첨가량이 2중량% 미만이면 부착되는 접착제의 경화를 장시간 지연되게 할 염려가 있고, 반대로 5중량%를 초과하면 경화 속도가 빨라서 원하는 두께로 바를 수가 없게 될 염려가 있다. The curing agent is added for rapid curing of the modified acrylic adhesive. If the addition amount is less than 2% by weight, there is a concern that the curing of the attached adhesive is delayed for a long time. Conversely, when it exceeds 5% by weight, the curing rate is fast and the desired thickness is increased. There is a fear that you will not be able to apply it.
본 발명에서 사용하는 경화제는 지방족 아민류인 폴리아미드에 염화칼슘(CaCl2)을 첨가하여 만든 것이다. 염화 칼슘은 수분 흡수제로서 사용된 것이다.The curing agent used in the present invention is made by adding calcium chloride (CaCl2) to polyamide, an aliphatic amine. Calcium chloride is used as a water absorbent.
하기 표 2의 실시예 1과 같이 칭량된 구성 성분들을 혼합기에 넣고 혼합하여 미끄럼 방지를 위한 조성물을 수득하였다.Components weighed as in Example 1 in Table 2 were put in a mixer and mixed to obtain a composition for preventing slipping.
상기 표 2의 실시예 2와 같이 칭량된 구성 성분들을 혼합기에 넣고 혼합하여 최종적으로 미끄럼 방지를 위한 조성물을 수득하였다The components weighed as in Example 2 of Table 2 were put in a mixer and mixed to finally obtain a composition for preventing slipping.
이와 같이 제조된 미끄럼 방지를 위한 조성물을 상기 제2 도포층(13)의 상부에 도포하여 제3 도포층(14)을 형성한다. The anti-slip composition thus prepared is applied on top of the
상기 제3 도포층(14)의 상부에 규사 분말의 이탈을 방지하도록 에폭시를 재도포하여 제4 도포층(15)을 형성하여 규사 분말의 이탈을 방지하도록 한다. The
또한, 상기 제4 도포층(15)의 상부에는 발광 페이트를 도포하여 제5 도포층(16)을 더 형성할 수 있다. In addition, a

Ocher is a yellow mineral composed of 0.05 ~ 0.01mm silt particles and emits a large amount of far infrared rays.
또한, 황토는 냄새를 제거하는 기능이 있다. 그리고, 황토는 살균 기능이 있어 세균 감염을 방지할 수 있다. 황토의 배합량이 10중량% 미만일 경우 세균 감염을 방지하는 효과가 낮다. In addition, ocher has the function of removing odors. In addition, ocher has a sterilizing function to prevent bacterial infection. When the amount of ocher is less than 10% by weight, the effect of preventing bacterial infection is low.
상기 물질 이외에 상기 광물질에는 추가로 게르마늄분말 1~3중량%, 벤토나이트분말 1~3중량%, 맥반석분말 1~3중량%, 옥분말 1~3중량%, 제올라이트분말 1~3중량% 및 일라이트분말 1~3중량% 중 적어도 하나 이상을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. In addition to the above materials, the mineral material may further include 1 to 3% by weight of germanium powder, 1 to 3% by weight of bentonite powder, 1 to 3% by weight of mackban stone powder, 1 to 3% by weight of jade powder, 1 to 3% by weight of zeolite powder, and illite It is preferable to further comprise at least one or more of 1 to 3% by weight of the powder.
게르마늄은 유해 균류를 사멸시키는 작용이 있다. 또한, 게르마늄은 원적외선을 방사하는 작용이 있다. 게르마늄의 배합량이 1중량% 미만일 경우 유해 균류를 사멸시키는 효과가 낮다. Germanium has the effect of killing harmful fungi.
