Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a skid conveyor and a skid conveyor comprising the same.
2. Description of the Related Art In general, a conveyor is a mechanical device that continuously and continuously transports materials or articles over a certain distance, and is widely used in the transportation of parts and materials within a factory and the movement of semi-finished products.
Examples of such conveyors include belt conveyors, roller conveyors, trolley conveyors, wheel conveyors, skid conveyors, and the like. Among them, skid conveyors may be used to transport structural components (eg, electrodes for secondary batteries) having specific shapes at various stages of the manufacturing process. Specifically, the skid conveyor uses a skid (transport frame) for mounting an object to be transported. These skids (transport frames) move along roller tracks after the transport object is mounted. Such skid conveyors are capable of transporting objects in horizontal and vertical directions.
However, the skid used in the conventional skid conveyor moves along the roller track, and the lower surface of the skid generates friction with the surfaces of the conveying rollers supporting it, and accordingly, the skid or some outer surface of the roller is cut off. There was a problem that fine foreign matters were generated.
When the skid is transported, foreign matters generated on the skid are attached to the surface of the skid, causing a large amount of foreign matters to fall downward when polluting the skid, polluting the working environment, and foreign matters introduced into some manufacturing equipment causing equipment failure. There was a problem.
In particular, when the material of the transport rollers of the skid and the roller track is used as a metal material, as a large amount of foreign metal fragments are generated due to such friction, a cleaning operation for removing the foreign material is required. Therefore, during the process of transporting the skid, the worker directly cleaned using a vacuum cleaner at regular time intervals, and due to this cleaning operation time, the production time increases as the conveyor transport operation is temporarily stopped, and There was a problem that the manufacturing cost increases as the operation cost is generated.
Therefore, there is a high need to develop a technology to solve the above problems.
The present invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art as described above and the technical problems requested from the past.
The inventors of the present application, after repeated studies and various experiments, as described later, a cleaning device for a skid conveyor, a brush rotating roller having a brush formed on its outer circumferential surface, inhaling air A suction hood equipped with an inlet and an outlet for discharging inhaled air, a dust collector for adding suction pressure to the suction hood and collecting foreign matter sucked into the suction hood, and a built-in brush rotary roller and suction hood When it includes a main body housing, the brush rotating roller and suction hood effectively remove foreign substances attached to the lower surface of the skid, confirming that it is possible to provide an automated cleaning device that greatly reduces manufacturing costs, The present invention has been completed.

Therefore, the cleaning device for a skid conveyor according to the present invention adds suction pressure to a suction hood and a suction hood provided with a brush rotary roller having a brush formed on an outer circumferential surface, an intake port for inhaling air, and an exhaust port for inhaling air, By including a dust collector for collecting foreign matter sucked into the suction hood, and a body housing incorporating a brush rotating roller and a suction hood, the brush rotating roller and suction hood effectively remove foreign substances adhering to the lower surface of the skid and clean it. Since the work can be processed by a machine instead of a person, it has the effect of providing an automated cleaning device that greatly reduces manufacturing costs.
In one specific example, the conveying part of the conveyor includes a plurality of conveying rollers having an outer surface made of stainless steel, and the skid of the skid conveyor can also be made of stainless steel. However, it is not necessarily limited to these materials, and any material that can effectively transport skids is possible.
That is, the transport rollers made of metal may have a fine height difference based on the ground, whereby impact or friction may occur with the transport rollers when the skid is lowered due to the height difference of the rollers during the transport process of the skid. The foreign material may be generated by friction between the outer surface of the transport roller and the lower surface of the skid supported by the transport roller.
In one specific example, while located below the brush rotating roller may further include a pick-up tray for collecting the foreign matter detached by the brush rotating roller. That is, the debris from the skid is dropped in the downward direction under the influence of gravity or the rotational force of the brush of the brush rotating roller, and to collect and store the dropped debris under the brush rotating roller. Located.
In detail, the baffle may be in the form of a square box with an open top, and the width length W1 of the baffle on a plane is equal to the width W2 of the body housing. In one specific example, a handle for a user to take out the foreign material receiver from the main body housing may be formed on the outer surface of the foreign material receiver. Accordingly, the user can easily pull out the handle, which is built into the main body housing, to dispose of the foreign objects collected therein.
In one specific example, the outlet of the suction hood may be a structure in which a discharge pipe for discharging foreign matter sucked is connected to the outside. In detail, the discharge pipe may be an elbow pipe, that is, an 'L' shaped pipe.
In addition, the opening of one side of the discharge pipe may be a structure in which a hose for transmitting suction pressure generated by the dust collector to the suction hood may be connected. Specifically, the hose may be made of, for example, plastic, rubber, or silicone material. It can be done.
In addition, the suction hood may be positioned facing the front end of the brush rotating roller based on the direction of movement of the skid. At this time, the suction port of the suction hood is formed open to the upper end on the top of the suction hood, and the outlet of the suction hood is formed open to the bottom of the suction hood in the lower direction. Therefore, since the suction hood suction port is also positioned facing the front end of the brush rotating roller, foreign matters detached by the brush rotating roller can be effectively sucked.
In one specific example, on one side of the brush rotating roller, an AC motor for transmitting rotational force may be connected to an axis or a structure connected to the shaft of the brush rotating roller. However, it is not necessarily limited to the AC motor, and any device capable of providing the driving force of the brush rotating roller is possible.
In addition, the rotation direction of the brush rotating roller may rotate in the reverse direction of the feed direction of the skid. That is, by making the brush of the brush rotating roller sweep in the direction opposite to the direction of transport of the skid, foreign substances attached to the skid can be effectively released as the forces in the two opposite directions correspond to each other.
In one specific example, the suction hood may be a structure having a shape that continuously expands the space from the inlet to the outlet to exert high suction power.
In addition, the outer surface of the suction hood may include a shape corresponding to at least a part of the outer shape of the brush rotating roller in a state spaced apart from the brush rotating roller, and some of the outer shapes of the brush rotating roller may be the outer circumferential surface of the brush rotating roller. You can.
More specifically, the outer surface of the suction hood may be a structure including a curved portion and a diagonal portion on one side cross section based on a direction perpendicular to the ground and a conveying direction of the skid, and also, at the point where the curved portion ends, Connected to the curved portion and the diagonal portion may be a continuous structure. Due to this structure, the curved portion and the diagonal portion can guide the moving paths of foreign substances detached by the brush rotating roller.
In one specific example, it may further include a support for supporting the body housing from the ground. The support is capable of adjusting the height of the body housing relative to the ground so that the lower surface of the skid conveyed from the conveyor can be swept out at a suitable position by the brush of the brush rotating roller.
In addition, on the inner surface of the main body housing, a hair stand for removing foreign matter attached to the brush of the brush rotating roller may be formed.
In one specific example, the skid conveyed from the conveyor may further include a light transmitting sensor for detecting whether the skid conveyor is located close to the cleaning device for the skid conveyor. When the transmissive light sensor detects the transferred skid, the cleaning device for the skid conveyor may receive a detection signal from the transmissive light sensor to operate the dust collector and the brush rotating roller. In addition, the cleaning device for the skid conveyor can be set to stop after operating the dust collector and the brush rotating roller only for a certain period of time from the time when the detection signal is received from the transmissive light sensor for energy saving.
In one specific example, the stop hood and the brush rotating roller may stop the skid from which the foreign material has been removed, and may further include a platform that is a platform for terminating or temporarily waiting for the transfer.
In addition, a discharge button for discharging the stopped skid to the conveyor may be formed on the stop. The discharge button can control that the rollers formed on the stop are driven.
In addition, the discharge button is electrically connected to the transmissive light sensor, so when the transmissive light sensor detects a skid, the entire skid is positioned on the stop so that a plurality of rollers provided at the stop can receive the skid. After being rotated until it can be controlled to stop the operation of the plurality of rollers so that the transported skid stops the transfer and stops on the stop.
Further, the stopper may include a plurality of rollers having an outer circumferential surface made of a plastic material so as to maintain a state in which foreign substances are removed from the lower surface of the transferred skid. In other words, since the plurality of rollers of the stopper are made of a plastic material whose outer circumferential surface is relatively soft, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of foreign matter by rubbing against the lower surface of the skid.
In one specific example, the skid may be used for transporting a plurality of secondary battery electrodes mounted on the upper portion.
The secondary battery electrode may be a positive electrode and / or a negative electrode, and the positive electrode may be manufactured by, for example, applying a mixture of a positive electrode active material, a conductive material, and a binder on a positive electrode current collector, followed by drying.
