박테리오파지 KFS-SE2(108 PFU/mL)의 저장성 분석을 위해 TA broth와 함께 다양한 온도 (-80℃, -20℃, 4℃ 및 22℃)에서 보관되었다. 동결 손상을 최소화하기 위해 글리세롤의 15%를 박테리오파지 KFS-SE2와 혼합하여 -80℃, -20℃에서 저장하였다. 2주 간격으로 -80℃, -20℃, 4℃ 및 22℃에 저장한 박테리오파지 KFS-SE2의 활성을 plaque assay 분석을 수행하여 확인하였다.
