사용자 단말기에 제공된 화장품 원료 검색 어플리케이션을 통해 화장품 원료정보를 입력받아 데이터베이스(110)에 등록 및 관리하는 관리서버(100)를 포함하는 네트워크 시스템에서 이루어지는 정보의 검색 및 관리방법에 있어서,
화장품 원료 검색 어플리케이션을 통한 화장품 원료의 등록요청에 따라 상기 관리서버(100)가 화장품 원료의 판매자 회원으로 등록된 이용자로부터 화장품 원료나 신원료에 관련된 제품명, 성분명, 사용목적, 브랜드명, 및 원료 제조회사명(또는 판매자명)을 포함하는 항목별 정보를 입력받아 데이터베이스(110)에 화장품 원료정보나 신원료 정보를 등록하는 원료 등록단계;
어플리케이션을 통한 화장품 원료 검색요청에 따라 상기 관리서버(100)가 화장품 원료의 구매자 회원으로 등록된 이용자로부터 화장품 원료나 신원료에 관련된 제품명, 성분명, 사용목적, 브랜드명, 및 원료 제조회사명(또는 판매자명)을 포함하는 항목별 정보를 입력받아 데이터베이스(110)에서 화장품 원료나 신원료 정보를 조회하고 이들 조회된 정보를 각 화장품 원료 제조회사별로 구분하여 비교할 수 있는 화장품 원료 제조회사별 비교견적을 작성하여 제공하는 원료 검색 및 비교견적 제공단계; 및
상기 관리서버(100)가 상기 제공된 복수 개의 화장품 원료 제조회사별 비교견적으로부터 적어도 하나의 견적이 선택되는지를 확인하여 선택된 견적에 대한 결제 처리를 수행하고 결제 완료된 견적에 대한 자동 발주를 진행하여 해당 화장품 원료 제조회사에 납품을 의뢰하는 자동 발주 및 납품 의뢰단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 원료 검색 및 비교견적 제공단계에서 제공되는 화장품 원료 제조회사별 비교견적은,
데이터베이스(110)에서 조회된 화장품 원료나 신원료 정보를 각 화장품 원료 제조회사별로 구분하여 비교할 수 있도록 동일 목록에 대해 복수 개 화장품 원료 제조회사의 견적정보가 나열되어 표시되고, 해당 비교견적에 나열된 각 화장품 원료 제조회사별 견적 중의 적어도 하나를 구매자 회원이 임의로 선택 가능한 형태로 제공되며,
상기 원료 검색 및 비교견적 제공단계는,
화장품 원료 검색 어플리케이션을 통한 직접 찾기요청에 따라 상기 관리서버(100)가 화장품 원료의 구매자 회원으로 등록된 이용자로부터 화장품 원료나 신원료에 관련된 제품명, 성분명, 사용목적, 브랜드명, 및 원료 제조회사명(또는 판매자명)을 포함하는 항목별 정보를 입력받아 항목별 정보에 대응하는 각 화장품 원료 제조회사들 또는 각 화장품 원료 제조회사의 연구원들의 정보를 데이터베이스(110)에서 조회하여 상기 입력된 항목별 정보와 그에 대한 피드백 요청을 각 화장품 원료 제조회사들 또는 각 화장품 원료 제조회사의 연구원들에게 전달하고, 상기 전달된 각 화장품 원료 제조회사들 또는 각 화장품 원료 제조회사의 연구원들에 의한 화장품 원료나 신원료 관련 피드백 정보를 미리 설정된 시간대까지 수집하여 상기 화장품 원료나 신원료 관련 피드백 정보를 각 화장품 원료 제조회사별로 구분하여 비교할 수 있는 화장품 원료 제조회사별 피드백 비교견적을 작성하여 해당 화장품 원료 구매자 회원에게 피드백하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 화장품 원료나 신원료 관련 피드백 정보는,
각 화장품 원료 제조회사의 견적, 화장품 원료나 신원료 관련 자료, 또는 화장품 원료나 신원료 관련 화장품 샘플 정보 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나이며,

각 원료 제조회사별 피드백 정보를 각 원료 제조회사별로 구분하여 비교할 수 있도록 동일 목록에 대해 복수 개 원료 제조회사의 피드백 견적정보가 나열되어 표시되고, 해당 비교견적에 나열된 각 원료 제조회사별 피드백 견적 중의 적어도 하나를 구매자 회원이 임의로 선택 가능한 형태로 제공되고,
상기 원료 검색 및 비교견적 제공단계는,
실시간 채팅창을 추가로 제공하여 각 원료 제조회사 또는 각 원료 제조회사의 연구원과 구매자 회원 간의 실시간 질의, 응답이 가능하도록 구성되며,
상기 자동 발주 및 납품 의뢰단계는,
