The
The
The
For example, the
The
At this time, the
The
For example, the
As another example, the
The
In addition, the
The
On the other hand, the
The
In this case, the retroreflecting means reflecting light incident from the light source to the light source.
The transparent coated
The
The spaced apart
The
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, when the
As a result, when the
In addition, the peeling
The peeling
That is, the peeling
The peeling
For example, as illustrated in FIG. 4, a plurality of patterns may be formed in a pattern spaced apart in the longitudinal or transverse direction, a checkerboard pattern, and other various patterns.
In the case of forming three
Furthermore, the
The connecting
In addition, the connecting
The
Of course, the
Therefore, when one
Meanwhile, the
This transparent luminous ink is selected from the group consisting of 70-90 parts by weight of a phosphorescent pigment having a particle size of 5-15 microns and an alkyd resin, a polyurethane resin, a cyclic phosphazene, a urethane acrylate, an epoxy acrylate and a styrene-modified acrylic resin. The photoluminescent paste obtained by mixing 10-30 parts by weight of one or two or more compounds and milling for 30 minutes-3 hours may be formed by mixing 20-30% by weight with respect to the total composition of the printing ink.
In this case, the compound mixed with the phosphorescent pigment is different depending on the printing method applied, for example, alkyd resin and polyurethane resin is preferable when coating by transfer printing, and cyclic phosphazene and urethane acrylate when UV coating Preference is given to using epoxy acrylates together. At this time, it is preferable to use cyclic phosphazene, urethane acrylate, and epoxy acrylate in the weight ratio of 1: 3-4.5: 3-4.5. In the case of using the spray-drying coating method, a styrene-modified acrylic resin is preferable. In this case, when a plasticizer is used together, flexibility, elasticity and adhesion of the coating film are improved.
The mixture mixed at the above-mentioned ratio is milled for 30 minutes-3 hours depending on the kind and nature of the compound to be mixed to obtain a photoluminescent paste in perfect paste state. For example, in the case of alkyd resin and polyurethane resin, it is preferable to mill 2-3 hours, and in the case of styrene modified acrylic resin, it is preferable to
When using cyclic phosphazene, urethane acrylate, and epoxy acrylate together, it is preferable to
Once in a perfect paste state, a printing composition is prepared using a conventional colorant according to each printing application method, wherein 20-30% by weight of the photoluminescent pigment paste is mixed based on the weight of the total printing composition.
At this time, if the amount of the luminous pigment paste is too small, the luminous effect does not appear sufficiently. If the amount of the luminous pigment is too large, drying is slow and dispersion does not occur, resulting in a rough coated surface.
