The present invention relates to a heat-shielding fire-proof glass structure, and more particularly to a heat-shielding fire-proof glass structure to prevent deformation or breakage due to high heat as well as heat shielding or flame-proofing performance in the event of fire.
With the rapid progress of large-scale and high-rise buildings, there is an increasing demand for the development of new technologies for the prevention of fire spread in building disaster prevention plans. In general, disaster prevention plans have used concrete walls, drywalls, and prefabricated panel walls, but in recent years, attention has been paid to the glass walls by focusing on the aesthetics and usability of the space due to the emotional stability and aesthetic factors as well as the height of the building. Is increasing, and the usage is also increasing continuously. Therefore, the necessity of using glass is also shown also about disaster prevention plan.

The heat shielding fireproof glass structure of the present invention penetrates a plurality of popnuts and a pair of connection frames inserted into the support frame without welding when the support frame and the pair of connection frames each independently support the heat shielding glass. A plurality of fastening bolts are firmly fastened to each other without turning, and the first fireproof material is filled in the inside of the pair of connecting frames, and the second fireproofing material is filled in the lower part of the support frame against the side of the pair of connecting frames. As the structure enhances the insulation effect, it not only prevents flame and heat conduction in case of fire, but also minimizes the deformation of the support frame and the pair of connecting frames, as well as having fire, insulation, flame and heat shielding performance. There is an advantage.
In addition, the heat-shielding fire-proof glass structure of the present invention is a structure that wraps a pair of connecting frames by a pair of finishing covers, so that a plurality of fastening bolts are not exposed to the outside, so the exterior is not only beautiful but also open to the outside in case of fire. Can be blocked again so that it is not transmitted to the connecting frame, and it can be manufactured in various colors according to the needs of customers.
