Description

단열 및 인열성능이 보강된 PVC 방수시트{Polyvinyl chloride waterproof sheet}Polyvinyl chloride waterproof sheet with reinforced insulation and tear performance

The present invention relates to a PVC waterproof sheet reinforced with heat insulation and tearing performance, in particular, to improve the durability by solving the curing phenomenon and cracks caused by exposure, which is a disadvantage of the PVC sheet, and improves the durability of the PVC sheet surface surface PVC is reinforced with insulation and tearing performance to compensate for the weakness of elasticity and elasticity and to improve the tearing strength while improving the tearing strength and to improve the insulation effect when constructing the building's exterior wall. It relates to a waterproof sheet.

In general, waterproof construction is essential on the roof of a building structure or an upper surface of a parking lot to prevent leakage due to rainfall. Various types of waterproofing methods are used for this purpose, and mainly, mortar liquid waterproofing, water-soluble or oil-soluble coating waterproofing, asphalt waterproofing and waterproof sheet are used.

In the waterproof construction using double sheets, waterproof rubber sheets of a certain standard are made of synthetic rubber, synthetic resin or rubberized asphalt with excellent elasticity, and firmly adhered to the floor or wall to cope with rainfall from the outside. .

This waterproof sheet is a waterproof method for forming a waterproof layer by spreading sheet-shaped waterproof material on the floor to be waterproofed, and is widely used today because of the advantages of relatively simple construction and short construction period. One.

The waterproof sheet used for waterproofing the sheet is manufactured in the form of a roll-type sheet having a predetermined width and length (usually 1 to 2M in width and 10 to 20M in length) at the factory to facilitate construction and handling in the field. It is installed on a floor at regular intervals.

통상적으로 고무화 아스팔트 방수시트의 경우에는 시트의 겹침 부위를 토오치 등의 열 기구를 사용하여 가열 용융시켜 열융착하는 방식을 취하고 있고, 합성수지 또는 합성 고무 방수시트의 경우에는 접착제 또는 접착 테이프를 사용하여 접착하거나(EPDM시트, PVC시트, TPO시트 등), 용제를 사용하여 용착 한다든지(PVC 시트) 혹은 열풍 융착기를 사용하여 열풍 융착하는 방법을 사용하고 있다(PVC시트, TPO시트, ECV시트, HDPE시트 등)In general, in the case of rubberized asphalt waterproof sheet, the overlapped parts of the sheets are heated and melted by using a heat mechanism such as a torch, and heat-sealed. In the case of a synthetic resin or a synthetic rubber waterproof sheet, an adhesive or an adhesive tape is used. Epoxy sheet (EPDM sheet, PVC sheet, TPO sheet, etc.), welding using solvent (PVC sheet), or hot air fusion using hot air welding machine (PVC sheet, TPO sheet, ECV sheet, etc.). HDPE sheet, etc.)

Most of the waterproofing methods in Korea are currently under the combined waterproofing method. The reason for this is that the existing sheet layer was unable to fulfill the function of waterproofing the roof of the building, so the situation is oriented toward the composite method using the coating film after the sheet waterproofing process.

However, there is a difficulty in occurrence of defects and maintenance due to the increase in waterproof construction cost and complexity of the construction process as described above.

As the waterproof sheet construction method, it is installed using the front adhesive type or the partial insulation type, but the phenomenon of damage to the waterproof layer is continuously occurring due to the lack of responsiveness to the behavior response of the building.

In general, the surface of the waterproof sheet according to the climate change is repeated several times, shrinking, drying, expansion, and in the case of the waterproof sheet installed outdoors, hardening occurs by exposure to ultraviolet rays to generate fine surface cracks (residues), According to the degree of crack generation, the tensile and tearing performance is significantly lowered, and in particular, the durability of the waterproof sheet for outdoor use (exposure) is significantly reduced.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, to improve the durability by solving the curing phenomenon and the crack phenomenon caused by the disadvantages of the PVC sheet, and the PVC sheet is elastic and elastic with respect to the behavior of the base surface Compensating for the disadvantages of non-compliance, to increase the tear strength, elastic and elastic phenomena occur, and to provide a PVC waterproof sheet reinforced with insulation and tearing performance to improve the insulation effect during construction on the building exterior wall Its purpose is to.

As the connecting holes 102a are formed, insufficient elasticity of the PVC material may be compensated for. .

That is, when the waterproof sheet is to be stretched by the behavior of the base surface, the connection hole 102a may be extended while extending in the longitudinal direction, and even when the waterproof sheet is to be contracted by the contraction of the base surface. This will shrink and shrink.

On the other hand, as shown in the upper surface of the sheet member 102, the upper nonwoven fabric 104 is laminated, the upper nonwoven fabric 104 is impregnated with a first urethane composition or a second urethane composition.

In addition, as shown in the lower surface of the sheet member 102, the lower nonwoven fabric 106 is laminated, and the lower nonwoven fabric 106 is impregnated with the first urethane composition or the second urethane composition.

Therefore, in the state in which the upper nonwoven fabric 104 and the lower nonwoven fabric 106 are stacked on and under the sheet member 102, the first urethane composition of the upper nonwoven fabric 104 is connected to the lower nonwoven fabric (a) through the connection hole 102a. By being combined with the second urethane composition of 106, the sheet member 102 has the effect of being integrated in the upper and lower directions by the upper nonwoven fabric 104 and the lower nonwoven fabric 106 and the first urethane composition and the second urethane composition. Have

As a result, the connection hole 102a formed in the sheet member 102 may maintain the waterproof effect by filling the first urethane composition or the second urethane composition, and the first urethane composition impregnated in the upper nonwoven fabric 104 or The waterproof function can be maintained by the second urethane composition.

Here, in the present invention, the first urethane composition is impregnated into the upper nonwoven fabric 104, and the lower nonwoven fabric 106 is impregnated with the second urethane composition to impregnate the first nonwoven fabric 104 through the connection hole 102a. It is preferable to allow the composition to be connected with the second urethane composition, but the present invention is not limited thereto and may be used in various combinations.

The first urethane composition and the second urethane composition include 20 to 30% by weight of a polyether polyol resin, 0.5 to 1% by weight of a curing accelerator which is an organotin compound, 0.5 to 3% by weight of a crosslinking agent, and a dispersant. 0.5 to 1% by weight, polyamide-based anti-settling agent 0.1 to 2% by weight, antifoaming agent 0.5 to 2% by weight, plasticizer polybutene (polybutene) 8 to 14% by weight, 20 to 35% by weight of silica having an average particle diameter of 0.4㎛ or less , 0.2 to 2% by weight of the antioxidant, 5 to 15% by weight of the tackifier, including the composition, but the viscosity is made in the range of 130 ~ 270 mPa.s.

The polyether polyol resin in the first urethane composition and the second urethane composition (hereinafter, referred to as urethane composition) has an average number average molecular weight of 3,000 and has two hydroxyl groups (-OH) and three hydroxyl groups (-OH). By using an ether polyol resin, by controlling the number average molecular weight, physical properties such as elongation at break of the waterproof coating may be controlled.

The polyether polyol resin (polyether polyol resin) is preferably added to 20 to 30% by weight, if less than 20% by weight can not obtain the desired elongation and elastic restoring force, when exceeding 30% by weight is higher As elastic resilience is significantly reduced and flowability is improved, desired mechanical properties cannot be obtained and workability is poor.

In the urethane composition, a curing accelerator, which is an organotin compound, is added to enable fast curing, and an environmentally friendly organotin compound (dibutyl tin dilaulate) is added.

The curing accelerator shortens the curing half-life when the urethane composition is completed, and controls the rate of impregnation in the nonwoven fabric. If the curing accelerator is less than 0.5% by weight, the curing half-life is not affected. The curing rate will be too short, so it will not be impregnated with nonwovens

In the urethane composition, a crosslinking agent may use dimethylthiotoluene diamine (DMTDA) or methylene bis (2-chloroaniline) [MOCA: Methylene bis (2-chloroaniline)]. 5 to 3% by weight is preferred.

The dispersant in the urethane composition is at least one crab active agent of melamine synthetic resin, naphthalene sulfonic acid and polycarboxylic acid, 0.5 to 1% by weight based on the total weight, the bond strength within the range suitably Can be maintained.

The polyamide-based sedimentation inhibitor in the urethane composition is added to prevent the precipitation of raw materials such as silica having a high specific gravity in the composition. It is a kind of dispersant, and when it is less than 0.1% by weight, the sedimentation prevention effect is insufficient. If it exceeds 2% by weight, the effect of preventing sedimentation does not increase significantly, but only a cost increases, so it is preferable to add 0.1 to 2% by weight based on the total weight.

The antifoaming agent in the urethane composition prevents bubble generation during stirring and also prevents bubbles or pin holes generated after applying to the upper nonwoven fabric 104 or the lower nonwoven fabric 106, and to keep the coated surface smooth. It is added in order to prevent bubbles from forming in the material after mixing of the material, and to make the composition of the composition dense. Surfactants can be used, and the silicone antifoaming agent is chemically safe, so that the silicone antifoaming agent can be used. In case of using less than 0.5% by weight based on the total weight, it is difficult to remove the air bubbles, so that the physical properties of the composition are lowered. Adhesion with the resin is lowered, and any one or two or more of silicon-based and non-silicone-based antifoam Use.

The polybutene plasticizer in the urethane composition is very stable even under UV exposure, has its own adhesive force and increases its adhesive strength as the molecular weight and viscosity are increased, it is extremely low in chlorine and sulfur content without using an additive and is high purity and nontoxic. It is chemically stable and does not easily oxidize by light or heat. In the present invention, polybutene containing the above-mentioned properties is added, so that it flows down under high temperature, which has been pointed out as a conventional disadvantage, by exposure to ultraviolet light of the product. The disadvantages such as a significant reduction in oxidation and tackifying functions have been eliminated.

When the plasticizer is added in an amount of less than 0.5% by weight based on the total weight of the urethane composition, the plasticizer has a lowering effect but loses the self-adhesion function due to the loss of adhesive function. It flows down at high temperatures and causes inconvenience in construction, and it is easily oxidized by ultraviolet rays, heat, and other environments, thereby deteriorating weather resistance.

In the urethane composition, the silica is preferably added with an average particle diameter of 0.4 μm or less in order to maximize the compactness, and the silica plays a role as a filler, and when added below 20% by weight, the density decreases. 20 to 35% by weight is preferred because it will have a lower viscosity than the low viscosity, and if it exceeds 35% by weight, it will have a higher viscosity than the desired high viscosity.

Particularly, in the present invention, since the first urethane composition and the second urethane composition may be mixed, the viscosity may be adjusted by the amount of silica added, and the viscosity may be in the range of 130 to 270 mPa · s. It is preferable.

Therefore, the first urethane composition is preferably in the range of 130 to 160 mPa · s, and the second urethane composition is preferably in the range of 220 to 270 mPa · s.

In the urethane composition, the antioxidant is a mixed phenol-based antioxidant, which is known as a primary antioxidant as a radical group remover, and serves to protect the resin, and is preferably contained in an amount of 0.2 to 2 wt% based on the total weight. If the content is less than 0.2% by weight, it is easily oxidized by ultraviolet rays, heat, and oxygen in the air due to insufficient role of the oxidizing agent. Due to substances that are easily oxidized in the environment, excessive addition of antioxidants only results in a higher cost of the product than the effect.

In the urethane composition, a tackifier uses a high molecular weight rosin ester obtained by reacting a natural resin with a petrochemical resin. In addition, terpene phenolic resin may be added to maximize late adhesion, heat resistance, and bonding strength.

When less than 5% by weight of the tackifier is added based on the total weight, the adhesive function is lowered, the effect of improving the binding performance between the mixed raw materials is insignificant, whereas when it exceeds 15% by weight relatively low cost raw materials Increasing the content of the higher-priced tackifier increases the price of the product, the phenomenon that the liquidity is lowered is inevitable, the adhesion function is rather deteriorated.

Meanwhile, in the PVC waterproof sheet 110 according to the present invention, a mesh of a mesh structure made of polyester or glass fiber is formed on at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet member 102 as shown in FIG. 1. Laying the net 108 may further complement durability and strength.

Since the mesh net 108 prevents a slip phenomenon that may occur when the sheet member 102 and the upper nonwoven fabric 104 or the lower nonwoven fabric 106 try to contract or expand due to the behavior of the base surface, This separation phenomenon can be prevented in advance, thereby providing structural stability.

In addition, since the upper nonwoven fabric 104 and the lower nonwoven fabric 106 are impregnated with a low viscosity or second urethane composition, it is preferable to attach and release the release paper.
