도 2는 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기의 연비저감 시스템의 절차흐름도이고,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기의 연비저감 시스템의 구성블록도이다.

Claims (5)
- 펌프, 상기 펌프를 작동시키는 엔진 및 상기 엔진에 연결되는 알터네이터를 포함하는 굴삭기의 연비저감 시스템에 있어서,
상기 펌프의 압력을 측정하는 압력센서 및 배터리의 전압을 측정하는 전압센서를 포함하고,
상기 압력센서에 의해 측정된 펌프의 압력에 따라 상기 알터네이터의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며,
상기 펌프의 압력이 기 설정된 기준압력(P1) 이하인 경우에는 엔진 rpm이 작업부하 발생(T1) 전 엔진 초기 rpm을 회복하지 않은 경우 상기 알터네이터를 작동시키지 않고, 엔진 초기 rpm을 회복하여 그 이상인 경우 상기 알터네이터를 작동시켜 배터리를 충전하고,
상기 펌프의 압력이 기 설정된 기준압력(P1) 초과인 경우에는 배터리 전압을 측정하고 측정된 전압이 기 설정된 기준전압(V1) 미만인 경우에는 상기 알터네이터를 작동시키고, 측정된 전압이 기 설정된 기준전압(V1) 이상인 경우에는 상기 알터네이터의 작동을 중단시키며,
상기 펌프의 기 설정된 기준압력(P1)은 30 bar 내지 50 bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기의 연비저감 시스템. - 삭제
