상기 연결보조판(200)의 단부에 체결볼트(710)로 각각 연결되도록 결합되며 상기 노출배관(10)의 외측을 감쌀 경우 서로 대칭되는 구조로 배치되는 제1,2지지형강(310,320)과;
상기 제1,2지지형강(310,320)에 관통되도록 결합되는 연결볼트(410)와;
상기 연결볼트(410)의 단부에 각각 체결되어 체결 조임력으로 상기 커버부재(100)의 양측단을 연결하는 연결너트(420); 및
상기 커버부재(100)의 양측단 사이에 배치되고 상기 노출배관(10)의 외측을 덮도록 마련되는 보조덮개판(500);을 구비하며,
