Claims (5)

칫솔(10)의 손잡이(11) 상측에 형성되어 별도로 표면에 글씨 또는 문양이 형성되는 표식체(30)가 결합되는 결합부(13);
상기 결합부(13)의 외측면에 결합되며, 평면상 다각의 형상으로 형성되어 각 표면에 글씨 또는 문양이 형성되는 표식체(30);
상기 표식체(30)의 상측 및 하측에 근접되도록 상기 결합부(13)의 외주연에 결합되며, 외측에 결합되는 덮개부(20)가 상기 표식체(30) 외측에서 소정 간격 이격된 상태로 회전될 수 있도록 하는 가이드부(40) 및
상기 표식체(30)의 외측에 결합되어 표식체(30)의 어느 한 각도의 표면만 노출되도록 일측면이 개방되어 형성되며, 폐쇠되는 면이 불투명 또는 반투명의 재질로 이루어지는 덮개부(20)를 포함하여,
상기 덮개부(20)를 회전시켜 표식체(30)에 표시되는 글씨 또는 문양이 개방되는 측면에 표시되도록 하며,
상기 칫솔(10)에 형성되는 결합부(13) 외측에 표식체(30)가 결합되고, 상기 표식체(30)의 외주연에서 소정 간격 이격된 상태로 덮개부(20)가 회전되도록 표식체(30)의 상하측에 가이드부(40)가 결합되며, 가이드부(40)의 외측에 덮개부(20)가 결합되고,
상기 결합부(13)는 원기둥 형태로 상기 손잡이(11)보다 작게 형성되어 외주연에 결합되는 표식체(30)가 회전되지 않도록 일정 간격으로 고정홈(14) 또는 고정체(14)가 형성되며, 상기 표식체(30)의 내주연에 상기 고정홈(14) 또는 고정체(14)와 대응되는 고정돌기(32) 또는 고정요홈(32)이 형성되어 결합되고,
상기 표식체(30)는 외주면이 평면상 다각형의 형상으로 형성되고, 내주연이 평면상 원형으로 형성되어 일측면이 개방되어 상기 결합부(13)에 결합되고, 상기 개방된 일측면을 통해 결합부(13)에 결합되어 이탈되지 않도록 체결체(31)가 개방된 일측면에 결합되며, 내주연에 다수의 고정돌기(32) 또는 고정요홈(32)이 형성되어 칫솔(10)의 결합부(13) 외주연에 대응되도록 형성되는 고정홈(14) 또는 고정체(14)와 맞물려 결합되도록 하며,
상기 가이드부(40)는 링 형상으로 형성되어 결합부(13)의 외주연 상측과 하측에 결합되며, 일측면이 소정 간격 절개되어 억지끼움을 통해 결합부(13)의 외주연에 결합되고,
상기 덮개부(20)는 일측면이 개방되어 상기 표식체(30)의 외측을 덮으며 소정 간격 이격된 상태로 결합되며, 상기 가이드부(40)와 밀착 결합되어 가이드부(40)를 통해 회전되어 개방된 일측면을 통해 표식체(30)의 글씨 또는 문양이 표시되도록 하며,
상기 덮개부(20)의 개방된 일측면에 별도로 형성되는 투명 재질의 덮개체가 결합되어 덮개부(20)의 개방된 일측면을 통해 이물질 등이 표식체(30)로 유입되는 것을 방지하고,
상기 덮개부(20)의 개방된 일측면과 덮개체의 결합을 위해 덮개부(20)와 덮개체가 결합되는 면에 서로 대응되도록 요철이 형성되어 결합될 수 도록 하며,
상기 덮개부(20)는 외주연에 회전을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 마찰력 증가를 위한 표면에 다수의 돌기(21) 또는 홈(21)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식별 표시가 가능한 칫솔.
