Description
The present invention relates to a color board colored in a plurality of colors and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly to a color board used for a bulletin board, a billboard, a work or a stationary, To a color board which is colored with a plurality of colors in which traces of a tape are not left, and a manufacturing method thereof.
Conventionally, flat panel panels used for bulletin boards, billboards, interior parts, and the like, which are installed in indoor and outdoor places where people frequently come and go, mainly use wood or acrylic materials, but these materials are heavy and expensive.
In order to solve these problems, it has been a common practice to manufacture these flat panel panels using a foam board manufactured by foaming a synthetic resin in a thin plate shape. Since the foam board is light in weight and low in cost, And is widely used for various purposes such as stationery or boards for craftworks.
In this way, as the use of the foam board has been diversified, the inventor has recently developed a color board printed with colors on one side or both sides of the foam board in accordance with various needs of consumers.
The color board developed by the present inventor includes a color surface layer on which color is printed on one or both sides of the foam board. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the color surface layer has white The color of the background color is red, and the pattern of the dot is uniformly colored in the background color.
The coloring is an operation for producing a color psychological and color physiological effect that can not be produced with only one color by mixing colors of two or more colors. The coloring is an operation in which the base color, which is an object of coloring with a background color (background color) (Dominant Color) that represents the relationship of the same color, the similarity, the contrast, the complementary color, and the like, and finishes or concentrates the entire color tone with a point color that occupies an area smaller than the key color but is the first in the eye (Accent Color).
For example, as shown in Fig. 4 (a), when a white color is used as a background color and a red color is used as a white color to form a color surface layer, white as a background color functions as a key color and red color functions as an emphasis color , The whole is reddish intuition.
In addition, such a color scheme gives a special effect that can not be felt with only one color. In the case of coloring a red color with white as a background color as in FIG. 4 (a) Yet it gives a soft feeling of color and a sense of psychological stability.
If the principle of coloring is used as described above, it is possible to give a variety of feelings apart from a unique image provided by a single color depending on the color scheme.
However, the problem is that, as in the conventional product of the inventor of the present invention in Fig. 4 (a), when an adhesive tape is attached to and detached from a color surface layer printed in a plurality of color schemes, ), And the background color (white) is revealed, leaving the place where the adhesive tape is stuck.
In other words, when the color board is used as a bulletin board, for example, if a post is pasted on the bulletin board with an adhesive tape and peeled off, the background color (white) of the adhesive tape is exposed, Therefore, it is difficult to reuse the color board as a bulletin board.
Further, since the surface of the color surface layer is flat, warpage by the adhesive tape may occur when the color surface layer is adhered to a photograph or a poster.
As described above, the present invention takes the problem of a conventional color board using a foam board, and in particular, a color board used for a bulletin board or a work using a foam board, The present invention is intended to provide a color board colored with a plurality of colors which can prevent the occurrence of warpage of the foam board by the adhesive tape as well as not leaving traces of the adhesive tape on the board and a method of manufacturing the same.

In addition, the primer layer is provided on the surface of the release layer so that the transfer ink for printing the color pattern to be transferred to the transfer target is adhered well. The primer layer may be formed of a hardener and a catalyst such as acryl, polyorganopolysiloxane, Or the like may be added and applied.
Further, the color transfer layer prints a color pattern to be transferred to a transfer target by a general gravure printing method. Gravure printing is a kind of concave printing method, in which concave portions are filled with ink and printing is performed. Since the grayscale is expressed according to the depth of the printing plate, the printing method has wide range of applications for various printing.
The adhesive layer is provided to allow the color transfer layer to easily bond and thermally cure in the thermal transfer manufacturing step. The adhesive layer may be formed of a material such as polyesters, EVA, vinyl resin, nylon, acrylic, celluloid, enamel, Vinyl acetate, and pigment wax may be dissolved by heating while being mixed with a dispersant, silica, solvent, etc., and coated on the color transfer layer.
However, each step of the above-described process for manufacturing a thermoelectric transfer paper is not necessarily adhered to. That is, some of the processes may be omitted or added depending on the transfer target, the transfer ink to be used, and the like.
However, in the method of manufacturing a thermoelectric transfer paper for manufacturing a color board of the present invention, it is preferable to include at least a release layer forming step and a color transfer layer forming step.
Particularly, in the present invention, there is a difference from the step of forming a color transferring layer on one side of the transfer film and a step of producing a normal thermally transferable transferring paper. Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, A process of forming a color transfer layer on one side of a film will be mainly described.
(S100).First, the pattern
It is preferable that a release layer (not shown) is formed on one side of the
In addition, the
Further, it is preferable that the
That is, it is preferable that the pattern of dotted patterns of the patterned
As described above, the
In addition, the ink for pattern color is a thermosensitive ink containing a binder resin, a pigment, and an organic solvent, and may further comprise additives.
The binder resin is used to fix the pigment of the composition of the ink for color ink to the transfer film (100) and the foam board (200) due to heat generated in heat transfer or gravure post- An acrylic resin, a vinyl resin, an epoxy resin, an alkyd resin, an amide resin, acetylcellulose, etc. may be used alone or in combination as an example of the binder resin. However, the binder resin is not particularly limited thereto.
When the amount of the binder resin is less than 10 parts by weight, the
The pigment is a colorant showing the color of the
Examples of the inorganic pigments include zinc oxide, titanium oxide, and silver white as white pigments, and red pigments such as Bengala, vermilion, and cadmium red. Examples of the yellow pigments include chrome yellow, yellow earth, cadmium yellow, And emerald green and chromium oxide green as a green pigment, and Prussian blue and cobalt blue as a blue pigment. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and conventional pigments used in this field can be used.
In addition, the pigment is preferably included in an amount of 15 to 50 parts by weight with respect to the total composition. If the amount of the pigment is less than 15 parts by weight, there is a possibility that the color of the printed patterned
When the organic solvent is used as a solvent for dissolving the binder resin and the pigment, in particular, when the inorganic pigment is used, the viscosity of the ink for color ink increases due to the use of the inorganic pigment by controlling the amount of the organic solvent Can be adjusted.
As examples of the organic solvent, aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene and xylene may be used alone or in combination. However, the organic solvents are not limited thereto, and conventional organic solvents used in this field can be preferably used .
If the amount of the organic solvent is less than 20 parts by weight, the viscosity of the organic solvent may be increased to cause a problem of lowering the printability. If the amount of the organic solvent is less than 20 parts by weight, If the amount of the pigment is more than 40 parts by weight, the drying efficiency may be lowered due to the reduced drying.
The additive may include 1 to 5 parts by weight based on the total weight of the composition, such as an antimicrobial agent, a polyurethane-based adhesive agent, a dispersant, and a defoaming agent, which are usually used in thermoelectric use ink.
Next, the
(S200).The background
The
Therefore, the printing of the
The ink for the background color has no difference in composition from the ink for the pattern color as the thermoelectric use ink and has only a difference in color between the
As described above, the color transfer layer of the thermoelectric transfer paper of the present invention is obtained by printing the
3, on the surface of the color transfer layer contacting the one side of the
Further, the
Next, a process for manufacturing a color board by thermally transferring the foam board to be transferred using the transfer sheet will be described.
1, a step of manufacturing a transfer sheet and a step of thermo-transferring a foam board to be transferred using the transfer sheet to produce a color board are connected by a
That is, a step of manufacturing a transfer sheet in one space and a step of making a color board by thermally transferring the foam board to be transferred using the transfer sheet may be continuously performed. However, each of these steps may be divided into different spaces or time It can be done.
Therefore, when each of the above steps is divided into different spaces or time, the
(S300).The
The
(S400).After the color transfer layer of the transfer sheet is transferred to the surface of the
3, the color board from which the
(S500).Therefore, after the color surface layer is formed on the surface of the
2 shows a process of pressing the surface (transfer surface) of the color surface layer formed on the upper surface of the
This is because, in the production of the transfer sheet used in the production of the color board of the present invention, the
Also, it is preferable to make a difference in the physical properties of the
That is, by varying the viscosity of the ink used for printing the
The ink for pattern color used for printing the patterned
In addition, the ink for glare color may further include a coagulation promoter as an additive so that the coagulation speed after transfer of the
As the coagulation promoter to be added to the ink for color ink, a coagulation promoter containing polyisocyanate as a main component may preferably be used, and the coagulation promoter may be contained in an amount of 0,1 to 1 part by weight desirable.
