Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Air pollution is becoming serious due to rapid industrialization and increase of exhaust gas by automobile. These pollutants that cause air pollution cause respiratory and heart diseases. Further, when such contaminants (hereinafter referred to as "foreign objects") are introduced into the room, they are not discharged to the outside, but remain in the room, which further adversely affects the human body.
Accordingly, in recent years, there is an increasing demand for air cleaners for purifying indoor air. An air purifier means a device that removes dust and germs contained in air and removes a bad smell, thereby converting the room into a pleasant environment.
Such a conventional air purifier is disclosed in the prior art publication No. 10-2015-0112700 (published on October 07, 2015).
Such a conventional air cleaner has a large volume and is structured to be movable only within a limited range at the installed position because it operates by being supplied with wired power. Therefore, it is difficult for the user to carry the air cleaner, and there is a problem that it is difficult to supply the purified air in the outdoors where power supply is difficult.
Due to such a problem, the user can protect the respiratory apparatus against foreign objects in the air by wearing a separate protective member (for example, a health mask) at the time of going out. These protectors are provided with a plurality of filters for foreign filtration. On the other hand, in general, the filter provided in the protector is difficult to replace, and if the service life of any one of the plurality of filters is exhausted, foreign object filtering performance deteriorates and the protector can no longer be used.
Also, the better the foreign body filtration performance of such a protection, the greater the lung capacity for respiration is required. On the other hand, when a wearer (for example, infants, children) having a relatively low lung capacity wears a protective gear, there is a problem that the respiration of the wearer becomes difficult due to the protective gear.
An object of the present invention is to provide an air cleaning apparatus capable of carrying purified air while being portable.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an air cleaning apparatus which can be carried while being replaceable.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide an air cleaning apparatus which is capable of supplying clean air to a user while facilitating user's breathing.
The air cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes the air cleaning module in the mask unit coupled to the helmet, so that purified air can be supplied to the user wearing the helmet. Therefore, the user can receive purified air while carrying the air cleaning apparatus.
An air cleaning module is mounted on the frame supporting the outside of the face protecting portion. The air cleaning module filters the foreign matter and discharges the air into the inside of the face protecting portion, so that the purified air can be supplied without interfering with the movement of the user.
The mask part is detachably mounted on the helmet. The user can receive purified air by attaching the mask part to the helmet when the air pollution level is at a dangerous level with the helmet attached.
The air cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes the air cleaning module in which the filter mounting portion is disposed between the suction portion and the fan motor, so that the filter can be replaced when the durability of the filter is lowered.
The filter mounting portion includes a filter housing forming a mounting space for the filter, and a shutter rotatably installed in the filter housing for opening and closing the mounting space. Therefore, when the filter is not mounted in the mounting space, the foreign matter in the outside air can be blocked from being introduced into the mounting space by the shutter.
The filter mount further includes an elastic member that provides a restoring force for returning the shutter to its original position. During the process of mounting the filter in the mounting space, the restoring force is accumulated in the elastic member in the direction opposite to the rotation of the filter. When the filter is separated from the mounting space, the restoring force of the elastic member can restore the shutter to its original position.
The filter mounting portion may be provided between the suction portion and the fan motor so that the durability filter of each of the filters installed in the plurality of filter mounting portions can be selected and replaced.
The air purifying apparatus according to the present invention includes the fan motor in the air purifying module, so that the user's external air can easily flow into the inside of the face protecting portion via the air purifying module.
The frame includes a first frame for supporting the upper portion of the face protection portion and a pair of second frames for supporting both sides of the first face protection portion. At least one of the pair of second frames is provided with an air cleaning module. The discharge portion is formed in the face protection portion. That is, the inspiratory flow path is formed on the side surface of the user's face and the discharge flow path is formed on the front surface, thereby enabling the user to supply purified air to the user while facilitating breathing.
In the air cleaning apparatus according to the present invention, the helmet may be equipped with an air cleaning module and a power supply unit. The user can easily carry the air cleaning apparatus and can receive purified air.
In addition, the air purified by the air cleaning module is directly discharged into the helmet. Accordingly, the flow pipe connecting the helmet and the air cleaning module can be omitted, so that the user can easily move even when the air cleaning apparatus is worn.
In addition, the air cleaning module is detachable from the helmet. For example, if the air pollution level is at a safe level, the user can wear the helmet and protect the user's head. If the air pollution level is at a dangerous level, the user can receive the purified air by attaching the mask part equipped with the air cleaning module to the helmet. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an air cleaning apparatus that can be easily applied to a user and can be used for various purposes depending on the situation.
The air cleaning module of the air cleaning apparatus of the present invention has a filter mounting portion on which a filter can be detachably mounted. The filter mounting portions may be provided in a plurality of the filter mounting portions. Therefore, when the durability of any one of the plurality of filters is degraded, only the corresponding filter can be selected and replaced.
In addition, the user can selectively mount the filters mounted on the plurality of filter mounting portions based on, for example, air pollution levels or allergy factors. Therefore, there is an advantage that a more effective air cleaning function can be provided to the user.
The filter mounting portion is provided with a shutter that prevents air from entering into the filter housing when the filter is not mounted. For example, there is an advantage that, even if the filter is not mounted on any one of the plurality of filter mounting portions, inflow of uncleaned (or unfiltered) air to the user can be prevented by the shutter.
Further, an elastic member is disposed between the shutter and the filter housing. When the filter is separated from the filter housing by the elastic member, the shutter has the advantage of blocking the outer space of the filter housing and the inner space of the filter housing without any user's operation.
The air purifying apparatus according to the present invention includes the fan motor in the air purifying module, so that external air can easily flow into the inside of the face protecting portion via the air purifying module. Therefore, there is an advantage that the purified air can be supplied while relaxing the user's breathing.
Further, the air cleaning module is installed in the frame located on the side of the user, and the discharge portion is formed in the face protection portion. That is, the purified air is supplied from the side of the user's face by the air cleaning module, and the air inside the face protecting portion is discharged through the discharging portion, so that the user's breathing is facilitated and the purified air can be supplied more efficiently There is an advantage.
