Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
In recent years, cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction have been greatly increased as an aging society has become a major cause of adult death. Balloon catheters have been used for treating cardiovascular diseases such as fatal cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. There is much interest in the development of related technologies for improvement. Balloon catheter insertion is widely used for vascular diseases, chronic sinusitis, and spinal canal expansion.
Here, angioplasty is a procedure for inspecting and treating blood vessels using advanced imaging equipment, placing a thin tube called a catheter in a patient's blood vessel and injecting a contrast agent to find and narrow the narrowed portion of the blood vessel in the x-ray .
At this time, for the narrowed part of the blood vessel, a tube having a narrow balloon of 2 to 3 mm is inserted into the leg artery with a hole of about 2 mm, and the leg artery is widened using the hole.
Here, the instrument used to open the blood vessels can be used to open narrow vessels by using a balloon catheter with a balloon in a thin injection tube such as a noodle drum, which is called "balloon expansion".
In order to insert such a catheter, for example, first, a relatively thick syringe is inserted toward the leg artery, and a check is made as to whether the artery is coming out of the syringe (blood sampling) and that the needle has been inserted into the leg artery. The guide wire is inserted into the injection needle, and the injection needle is pulled out while leaving the guide wire. Then, the procedure is completed by inserting the catheter into the artery along the guide wire and pulling out the guide wire with the catheter left.
Thus, a medical device inserted into a blood vessel, such as a catheter and a guide wire, is brought into direct contact with the blood vessel wall or mucosa of the living body surface.
At this time, a hydrophilic coating having a low wet friction coefficient is required to prevent inflammatory damage and denaturation due to the surface of the medical device when the medical device is inserted.
한편, 종래기술에 따른 관련기술을 살펴보면, 풍선카테터와 관련하여, 국내 등록특허공보 제10-1452683호(2014년10월13일 등록)에서는, "풍선카테터는, 체내로 삽입될 수 있도록 길이방향으로 연장된 가요성부재로서, 메인통로 및 드레인통로와 측부구멍을 갖는 가압통로가 마련되어 있는 플렉시블튜브와; 상기 플렉시블튜브의 일부분을 감싸며, 상기 가압통로를 거쳐 측부구멍을 통해 유출한 유체에 의해 플렉시블튜브의 반지름방향으로 팽창하는 풍선부재와; 그 선단부가 상기 플렉시블튜브의 선단부 내에 고정된 상태로 플렉시블튜브의 후방으로 연장되며, 외력에 의해 후방으로 인장될 때 플렉시블튜브의 선단부를 당겨 구부리는 스티어링와이어를 포함하는 풍선카테터 및 상기 풍선카테터를 구비한 카테터장치."가 개시되었다.[0004] In the related art related to the related art, in the case of a balloon catheter, in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1452683 (registered on Oct. 13, 2014), a balloon catheter is inserted into a body in a longitudinal direction A flexible tube having a main passage and a drain passage and a side passage, a flexible tube which surrounds a portion of the flexible tube and is flexible by a fluid flowing out through the side passage through the pressure passage, A bending member which extends in the radial direction of the tube and extends rearwardly of the flexible tube in a state where the distal end portion thereof is fixed within the distal end portion of the flexible tube and which, when pulled backward by an external force, pulls the distal end portion of the flexible tube, And a catheter device having the balloon catheter. &Quot;
In connection with the coating apparatus, in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2014-0121892 (published October 16, 2014), a space portion O is formed between struts S which are continuously stretched on a line The coating material C is applied from the
However, such prior art has limitations that are limited to the technique of coating the surface of the stent.
Also, since processes such as cleaning, pretreatment, post-treatment, and hardening require separate devices for each corresponding step, they are troublesome and costly.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a catheter and guide wire coating apparatus capable of uniformly applying a coating liquid at the same time to a plurality of catheters or guide wires, have.
