Claims (14)
상기 유전층의 상면 상에 서로 교차하도록 배열되어 메쉬 구조를 형성하는 제1 전극 라인들 및 제2 전극 라인들을 포함하는 전극 라인들을 포함하며,
상기 제1 전극 라인 및 상기 제2 전극 라인의 교차부들 중 일부의 교차부들에 연속적으로 형성된 슬릿들에 의해 상기 메쉬 구조를 포함하는 안테나 패턴 및 더미 패턴의 경계가 정의되고
상기 슬릿은 상기 교차부가 부분적으로 제거되어 형성된 잔류부들 사이에 형성되며,

The film antenna of claim 7, wherein the width of the intersection is greater than the sum of the width of the electrode line and the width of the slit.
The film antenna of claim 1, wherein the antenna pattern comprises a radiation pattern, a pad portion, and a transmission line that mediates the radiation pattern and the pad portion.
10. The film antenna of claim 9, wherein both the radiation pattern, the transmission line, and the pad portion comprise the mesh structure.
The film antenna of claim 9, wherein the radiation pattern and the transmission line comprise the mesh structure, and the pad portion has a solid structure.
The film antenna of claim 1, further comprising a ground layer formed on the bottom of the dielectric layer.
The electrode according to claim 1, wherein the electrode line is made of a material selected from the group consisting of Ag, Au, Al, Al, Pd, Cr, Ti, (W), niobium (Nb), tantalum (Ta), vanadium (V), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), zinc (Zn) Of at least one of the following:
