Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) is a vessel designed to install a wind turbine at sea. It is composed of a hull for mounting parts of a wind turbine generator and a plurality Up legs (Jack-up Leg).
The wind power generator installation line can minimize the influence of algae and waves through a method of fixing the jack-up leg to the sea floor and float the hull to the sea, and in this state, installation work of the wind power generator is performed It is common.
Currently, offshore wind power generators tend to be longer and heavier in order to produce larger output. Accordingly, the wind turbine installation line also has larger larger crane, and the hull is also becoming larger.
However, the larger the hull is, the larger the jack-up capacity for lifting the hull, and thus the deck space is reduced and the installation cost is increased.
Therefore, a method for solving such problems is required.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been conceived to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a structure installation ship capable of minimizing the size of a hull, and installing a large structure in comparison with a hull of the same size.
