Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폐암 검출용 동물 바이오센서를 이용한 냄새 변별 훈련장치는 암 진단에 제한되지 않고, 결핵, 식중독균을 포함하는 질병의 진단 및 환경 오염물질 모니터링 등에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (16)
- 생물체가 이동 가능한 출발공간, 통로 또는 종착공간; 상기 생물체에 전달되는 표적물 및 강화물(reinforcer); 및 상기 생물체의 생리적 신호 측정 센서를 포함하는 폐암환자의 냄새 변별 훈련장치로서, 상기 표적물은 톨루엔(Toluene)이고, 상기 생리적 신호 측정은 뇌전도(Electroencephalogram, EEG), 심장박동수(Heart rate response, HRR) 및 전기피부반응(Galvanic skin response, GSR)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 생리적 신호를 측정하는 것인 폐암환자의 냄새 변별 훈련장치.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 행동 측정은 레버 누르기, 바닥긁기, 뒷발로 서기, 몸 뒤집기, 바닥에 앉기, 점프하기 및 소리내기로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 행동을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냄새 변별 훈련장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강화물은 음식물 또는 약한 전기 쇼크인 것을 특징으로 하는 냄새 변별 훈련장치.
- (a) 제1항의 훈련장치의 출발공간에 생물체를 위치시키는 단계, 및 (b) 상기 생물체에 표적물 및 강화물을 전달시킨 다음, 출발공간, 통로 또는 종착공간에서 생물체의 생리학적 신호행동을 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 생물체의 훈련방법으로서, 상기 표적물은 톨루엔(Toluene)인 생물체의 훈련방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 생물체는 생쥐, 쥐, 토끼, 양, 소, 개, 말, 돼지, 원숭이, 새, 거북이, 개구리(Xenopus), 제브라피시, 꿀벌, 초파리(Drosophila) 및 꼬마 선충(C. elegans)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물체의 훈련방법.
