호퍼형태로서 두 개의 목재혼합분상체 배출구(220) 인근에 목재혼합분상체가 인입이 잘되도록 회전하는 날개형태의 목재혼합분상체공급날개(210)가 각각 구비되어 목재혼합분상체를 공급하는 목재혼합분상체공급부(200);

상기 목재혼합분상체공급부(200)로부터 공급되는 목재혼합분상체를 인입하는 목재혼합분상체인입부재(301),
목재혼합분상체인입부재(301)로 인입된 목재혼합분상체를 경화 및 건조를 위하여 형성된 가열봉(350),
상기 인입된 목재혼합분상체가 합성목재로 성형되는 합성목재성형부(310),
상기 합성목재성형부(310)에서 형성된 합성목재가 배출되는 합성목재배출구(360),
후방에 합성목재성형바삽입구(305)가 형성된 외부금형(300);

바 형태로 형성되며,
중앙부에 가열봉(350)이 삽입되는 가열봉홀(110)이 구비되어 있으며,
상기 합성목재성형바삽입구(305)에 삽입되며,
전후방 운동으로 외부금형(300)에 인입된 목재혼합분상체를 전방으로 전진시키면서, 일정한 간격으로 압력을 주어 합성목재를 형성하는 합성목재성형바(100);

상기 가열봉(350)은,
수평으로 길게 뻗은 'ㄱ' 자 형태로,
목재혼합분상체인입부재(301)가 위치한 곳에서 외부금형(300)에 고정결합되며,
합성목재성형바(100)의 하부로 삽입되어 수용되며,
합성목재성형바(100)가 최대로 전진했을 때 합성목재성형바(100)에 형성된 가열봉홀(110)의 외부로 상기 가열봉(350) 상부 일측부가 노출되도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하고,
목재혼합분상체인입부재(301)가 외부금형(300)에 고정결합된 부분까지 합성목재성형바(100)가 최대로 후진하면 목재혼합분상체인입부재(301)로 인입하는 목재혼합분상체가 합성목재성형바(100)의 전방으로 유입되며,
