원통형으로 이루어지며 상하부에 실리콘결속형성되는 덕트플랜지가 구비되는 밸브덕트와 상기 밸브덕트의 중앙에 점용접 및 실리콘결속되는 밸브시트판, 상기 밸브시트판의 중앙에 형성된 통기구, 상기 통기구에 구비된 밸브결속리브, 상기 밸브결속리브의 중앙에 구비되는 슬라이딩지지부, 상기 슬라이딩지지부에 결합되는 밸브슬라이딩봉, 상기 밸브슬라이딩봉의 전단에 구비되는 밸브판, 상기 밸브슬라이딩봉의 후단에 구비되는 밸브웨이트, 상기 밸브결속리브와 밸브웨이트 사이에 이완 길이가 밸브슬라이딩봉 길이의 1/2 길이 이하로 형성되어 구비되는 스타팅스프링, 상기 밸브판의 테두리에 구비되는 밸브패킹으로 구성하고,
상기 밸브판이 회전닫힘되게 밸브슬라이딩봉의 외면에 스타팅스프링과 같은 회전 방향으로 형성되는 회전나선홈을 형성하며,
상기 밸브패킹의 끝단은 충격흡수 및 밀착력을 높이게 주름으로 형성되며,
상기 밸브판의 안쪽면에 돌출형성되는 원심블레이드를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 역풍 방지 댐퍼.
