음료를 담을 수 있게 상부가 개방된 용기(100)의 내부 가운데에 격리벽(10)이 형성되어 음료 종류에 따라서 분할하여 이용가능하되, 상기 격리벽(10)은 용기(100) 내벽에 팽창하여 밀착됨으로써, 용기(100)를 전체로도 사용할 수 있는 유동형 격리벽이 형성되는 음료수용 용기에 있어서,
상기 용기(100)는 단면이 원형이며 하부로 갈수록 지름이 좁아지는 것으로, 상기 격리벽(10)은 처음에는 평면형상이나 변형후에는 원호형으로 변형되어 내벽에 밀착되는 것이며,
상기 격리벽(10)에는 간이 스푼(20)이 일체로 형성되는 것이며,
상기 격리벽(10)에는 뚜껑(30)이 일체로 형성되되, 하부로 접거나 수평으로 펼칠 수 있게 구성되는 것이며,
