Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pallet rack, and more particularly, to a pallet rack that is prevented from being damaged by an impact applied during the pallet loading process.
Generally, a warehouse or logistics warehouse is a storage warehouse for temporarily storing or storing all items used in everyday life such as various foods and beverages, clothes, household appliances, miscellaneous goods and industrial goods, which are mass produced in a factory or a production site.
Due to the rapid development of the logistics industry in recent years, we are moving away from the management of simple logistics, creating new businesses such as efficient inventory management and inventory management from warehousing inventory in logistics warehouses. As a result, And is being designed and constructed to store a large amount of logistics through more efficient utilization of the logistics space.
In the design and operation of such a warehouse, a pallet rack having a width and a height capable of loading and unloading a pallet of a predetermined size is generally divided into respective passage sections and vertically designed to be multi-tiered, and a forklift or a forklift The pallet is stored in a pallet rack in a state where the pallets are loaded through the pallet.
In addition, when an article in a stacked state is to be shipped, a pallet in a state in which the goods are loaded through a forklift, a forklift or the like is moved to a ground or a transportation vehicle.
The pallet rack according to the related art includes a plurality of posts arranged in a vertical direction on the ground and serving as posts, a plurality of load beams arranged between the posts and horizontally installed at a predetermined height and coupled to the posts, And a tie beam coupled to the load beam.
In the pallet rack according to the prior art described above, the posts serve as vertical skeletons, the load beams coupled to the posts serve as horizontal skeletons, and the tie beams coupled to the load beams reinforce the rigidity of the load beams .
Such a pallet rack according to the related art can support and store a larger amount of articles by efficiently using a narrow space by supporting the pallet on which the articles are loaded by the load beam, .
However, the pallet rack according to the related art has a problem that the load beam is broken by the impact transmitted to the load beam in the process of loading the pallet on which the article is loaded into the pallet rack.
That is, in the course of lowering the pallet on which the article is loaded, such as a forklift or a forklift, on the load beam, the pallet can be abruptly lowered to the load beam due to inadvertent operation, and the load beam may be damaged by such abrupt impact.
It is necessary to develop a pallet rack capable of preventing the load beam from being damaged by the impact in the process of loading the pallet on which the article is loaded into the pallet rack because the damage of the load beam can cause collapse of the pallet rack as a whole.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a pallet rack in which the pallet rack is prevented from being damaged by an impact applied in the course of loading pallets on which the pallets are stacked.
