상기 개방구를 통해 노출된 음낭과 음경이 가려지도록 중앙에 중앙가림부가 하향 연장 형성되어 상기 본체의 가랑이 부분에 재봉 고정되고, 그 측면에는 측면고정부가 하향 연장 형성되어 상기 본체의 측면에 재봉 고정되며 상기 중앙가림부 및 측면고정부의 상단에는 착용자의 허리부위에 밀착되되 착용자의 상의 하단이 그 내부로 인입 고정되게 하는 제 2 밴드가 구비된 보조부;가 포함되며,
상기 제 2 밴드는 상기 제 1 밴드보다 낮은 지점에 위치되는 이중밴드가 구비된 남성속옷.
