Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rainwater recycling system, and more particularly, to a rainwater recycling system for collecting rainwater collected from a roof of a rainwater collector or a building.
As we know, the use of water is increasing by improving the quality of life, while the water shortage is deepening due to the development of water resources or the increase of wastewater and sewage.
Another reason for the above-mentioned water shortage is that the annual precipitation is fixed, but most of it is concentrated in the summer season during the rainy season, and it rarely falls in the spring and autumn, and the water shortage due to the warming phenomenon is extremely serious Korea is now in a state of water shortage.
In order to solve the above-mentioned water shortage problem, a method of recycling rainwater has attracted attention, and the main point of this concern is the removal of foreign matter from rainwater including foreign matters such as dust accumulated in the collecting means together with foreign matters gathered in the water storage tank .
An initial rainwater separator for solving the above-mentioned water shortage problem is disclosed in Patent Document 1, wherein an initial rainwater separator of the rainwater storage tank is provided with a collecting induction pipe from the roof of the building, In the connection of the pipe and the rainwater storage tank, the water collecting induction pipe is divided into two at predetermined positions, one of which is connected to the initial rainwater storage tank to store the initial rainwater having high acidity during rainy days and the other is connected to the rainwater storage tank, And a valve device is provided in a portion where the water collecting induction pipe is divided into two portions and connected to the initial rainwater storage tank so that the plug can open and close the outlet by the ascending and descending of the plug.
다른 빗물집수장치 및 이를 이용한 집수활용시설이 특허문헌 2에 개시되어 있는 바, 상기 빗물집수장치는 강우시 빗물을 받아 모을 수 있는 경사면을 가지고 모은 빗물을 그 하부로 배출하는 메인 배수구와, 상기 메인 배수구와 격리 배출되는 초기 빗물배수구를 구비하며, 그 상면에는 오염물질이 섞여 있는 빗물을 상기 초기 빗물배수구로 유도하는 초기 빗물유도부가 마련되어 있는 집수판과;Another rainwater collecting apparatus and a collecting utilization facility using the same are disclosed in Patent Document 2, wherein the rainwater collecting apparatus includes a main drain port for discharging rainwater collected with an inclined surface that can be collected by rainwater at the time of rainfall to a lower portion thereof, And an initial rainwater drain port through which the rainwater is separated and discharged, and on an upper surface thereof, an initial rainwater guide section for guiding rainwater mixed with contaminants to the initial rainwater drain port;
상기 집수판의 하부에 설치되며, 상기 메인 배수구를 통해 배수되는 빗물을 유입구를 통해 받아들이는 빗물탱크와;A rainwater tank installed at a lower portion of the water collecting plate for receiving rainwater drained through the main drain through an inlet;
And a blocking portion located on an upstream side of an inlet or an inlet of the rainwater tank and blocking foreign matter from entering into the rainwater tank. The collector plate is inclined downward toward the main drain hole and the initial rainwater drain hole,
Wherein the initial rainwater guiding portion comprises at least one initial rainwater blocking dam for blocking the flow of initial rainwater flowing from the upper surface of the water collecting plate to the initial rainwater drainage port and an initial rainwater blocking dam for blocking the initial rainwater that can not be caught by the initial rainwater blocking dam, And an initial rainwater passage leading to a rainwater drain.
또 다른 초기 빗물의 처리시설과 그 처리방법이 특허문헌 3에 개시되어 있는바, 상기 초기 빗물의 처리시설은, 건축물과 녹지대 또는 운동장 주변에 설치되는 우수관로에서 유입되어 집수되는 빗물을 받아들여 저장하는 몸체부와;Another initial rainwater treatment facility and its treatment method are disclosed in Patent Document 3, and the initial rainwater treatment facility receives rainwater collected from buildings and a greenhouse or an excellence pipe installed around a playground to collect rainwater, ;
상기 몸체부의 상단 내부에 설치되어 있고, 유입되어 집수되는 빗물 중에서 각종 오염물질을 여과하여 제거하는 거름망부재와;A sieve member installed inside the upper portion of the body and filtering and removing various contaminants from the rainwater flowing in and collected;
상기 몸체부의 하단에 형성되어 있고 몸체부의 내부로 흘러 들어온 빗물을 외부로 배출시키는 제1 배출구멍과;A first discharge hole formed at a lower end of the body portion and discharging rainwater flowing into the body portion to the outside;
상기 몸체부의 제1 배출구멍과 동일한 방향에 설치되어 있고, 외부에서 상기 거름망부재를 통하여 유입되는 빗물의 양이 상기 몸체부에서 외부로 유출되는 빗물의 양에 비하여 더 많을 경우, 외부로 유출되는 빗물의 흐름을 막아주게 되는 제2 배출구멍과;When the amount of the rainwater flowing from the outside through the sieve member is larger than the amount of rainwater flowing out from the body portion to the outside of the body portion, A second discharge hole for preventing the flow of the refrigerant gas;
상기 제2 배출구멍의 전면에 설치되어 있고, 제2 배출구멍의 좌우 양쪽으로 직립하여 세워진 2개의 가이드부재와, 상기 가이드부재의 내부에 존재하는 개폐기구와, 상기 개폐기구가 상기 제2배출구멍을 벗어나 위쪽으로 올라가는 것을 방지하는 스톱퍼를 포함하여 구성된 것으로서, 상기 제2배출구멍의 입구를 상기 몸체부의 내부로 흘러 들어오는 빗물의 양에 따라 개방시키거나 폐쇄시키는 자동 구멍개폐수단과;Two guide members provided on the front surface of the second discharge hole and standing upright on both right and left sides of the second discharge hole, an opening / closing mechanism existing inside the guide member, An automatic hole opening / closing means for opening or closing the entrance of the second discharge hole according to the amount of rainwater flowing into the inside of the body portion;
상기 자동 구멍개폐수단이 작동되어 상기 제2 배출구멍을 폐쇄시킬 경우, 상기 몸체부의 내부에 흘러 들어온 빗물 중에서 초기 빗물을 제외하고 나중의 청정빗물만을 외부로 유출시키는 상부흐름턱과;An upper flow chin for discharging later clean rainwater except for the initial rainwater out of the rainwater flowing into the inside of the body part when the automatic hole opening / closing means is operated to close the second discharge hole;
A clean rainwater storage tank for storing or storing the clean rainwater flowing out on the upper flow jaw; In addition,
At this time, the first discharge hole introduces the initial rainwater into the post-treatment facility connected to the outside, and the post-treatment facility includes a primary management tank for receiving the initial rainwater, an underwater pump device for utilizing rainwater as the landscape water, An overflow outlet to the outside of the underwater pumping device and a rainwater storage facility to prepare for the full water level of the rainwater storage facility, and a reservoir within two hours And a submerged pump device for draining the generated rainwater, and the first discharge hole is used in connection with the post-treatment facility.
However, since the initial rainwater separator of the rainwater storage tank of Patent Document 1 collects the initial rainwater containing the foreign matter into the initial rainwater storage tank until the inlet is closed until the inlet is closed, Although it is advantageous to separate the rainwater containing the rainwater and the clean rainwater, when the rainwater containing the foreign matter collected in the initial rainwater storage tank is removed, the valve installed at the lower part of the initial rainwater storage tank must be operated by the maintenance personnel, .
In the rainwater collecting device of Patent Document 2, the rainwater containing the foreign substance is collected in the nonpoint pollutant treatment facility by the initial rainwater drainage pipe and the pipe at the beginning of the rain, so that the rainwater containing the foreign substance is separated There is a problem in that the rainwater collecting efficiency is low because the clean rainwater not containing the foreign matter is continuously removed through the initial rainwater drain port and the pipe after the rain continues to be removed and the foreign substances accumulated in the rainwater collecting means are completely washed out.
In addition, the rainwater collecting device of Patent Document 3 is a rainwater recycling technology that is introduced into a building and a greenhouse or an excellence pipe installed around a playground, rather than a rainwater collecting means such as a funnel. Therefore, The challenge is different.
In addition, since the foreign matter contained in the rainwater flowing into the rainwater collecting device is accumulated in a large amount in the sieve portion, the maintenance personnel must separately clean the foreign matter. In addition, when the first discharge hole is opened When the amount of rainwater flowing into the duct is small, all the rainwater must be disposed of. Therefore, it is impossible to recycle the rainwater and the valve for opening and closing the first discharge hole must be operated by the maintenance staff. to be.
The rainwater collecting apparatuses of Patent Documents 1 to 3 separately separate only the initial rainwater and do not separate foreign matter, especially fine foreign matter, from the rainwater after the initial rainwater, so that the quality of the clean rainwater is poor.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a rainwater recycling system having good separation of foreign matter, automating the removal of rainwater containing foreign matter, and good collection efficiency by correcting problems in view of the above-described circumstances.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rainwater collecting apparatus comprising:

상기 이물질 분리조에 내장하여 비가 오지 않을 때 이물질이 포함된 빗물을 배출하는 자동식 플로트 밸브와;An automatic float valve which is installed in the foreign matter separation tank and discharges rainwater containing foreign matter when it is not raining;
A clean water tank for supplying clean rainwater separated from the foreign matter separating tank to a clean rainwater discharge conduit connected to an upper portion of the rainwater guide pipe on the other side wall of the foreign matter separating tank; Including,
The discharging portion of the rainwater guiding pipe is arranged close to one side wall of the foreign matter separating tank so that the rainwater containing foreign matter is discharged to the wall side of the foreign matter separating tank,
The automatic float valve is formed with a rainwater discharge path for discharging a small amount of rainwater containing foreign matter in order to automatically open the valve when it is not raining.
As described above, according to the present invention, when collecting rainwater from a rainwater collector, foreign matter accumulated in the rainwater collecting body is introduced into the foreign matter separating vessel, and the foreign matter is separated by separating the foreign matter in a stopped state. So that only the clean rainwater is stored in the water storage tank.
In the present invention, the automatic float valve is opened to remove the rainwater containing the foreign substance, and the rainwater containing the foreign material is removed, so that there is no need for a separate management person to reside in the maintenance.
In addition, in the present invention, a rainwater discharge path is provided in an automatic float valve so that only a small amount of rainwater containing foreign matter is discharged when the rainfall does not occur, and the float valve is released in a non- The rainwater collecting efficiency is good and the maintenance (management) cost can be reduced.

As described above, since the system of the present invention discharges rainwater to the outside even when it is in operation, the collecting efficiency of the rainwater is lowered. However, in order to overcome the low rainwater collecting efficiency, the sectional area of the
Further, the bottom of the
The
In addition, the clean
4 is a modification of the
FIG. 5 is a structural view of another embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 3 lies in the rainwater collecting means, and the same technical means as those of the above- Is omitted.
The rainwater collecting means 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention collects rainwater falling on the
As described above, according to the present invention, when the rainwater containing the foreign matter collected in the rainwater collecting means 10, 100 is supplied to the foreign
The
When rainwater is supplied from the foreign
As described above, when there is no empty space in the foreign
The
The present invention separates foreign matter contained in rainwater and stores it in a water tank to be used for necessary applications, so that it is possible to continue to use clean rainwater with good separation of foreign matter and to use the rainwater with a small amount of foreign matter The rainwater collecting efficiency is good.
In addition, the automatic float valve operates without power and without power source, so it can be installed at any place.
