Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet for shield can.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] In recent years, most of electronic apparatuses have a printed circuit board and various elements mounted on the printed circuit board. These elements have electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by an internal interference source or an external interference source, So that there is a possibility that malfunction of the electronic device is caused by electromagnetic waves.
It is a phenomenon that energy moves in the form of sinusoidal wave while the electromagnetic wave electric field and the magnetic field are interlocked with each other. It is used for electronic devices such as radio communication and radar, but it causes malfunction of electronic and communication devices as well as harmful effects on human body .
The electric field is generated by the voltage and is easily disturbed by distances or obstacles such as trees, while the magnetic field is generated by the electric current and is in inverse proportion to the distance but not easily shielded. Accordingly, electronic parts such as elements mounted on a printed circuit board inside the electronic device are covered with a shield can made of metal to shield the EMI generated from the interference source, so that not only the own electronic device but also other electronic devices And the like.
Such a shield can is generally manufactured by separating the upper and lower sidewalls of the shield can from the upper plate and assembling the upper plate to the upper part of the side wall in the mounting process on the printed circuit board.
On the other hand, there is a need to make the thickness of the upper plate large enough to fill the space between the shield can and the metal bracket according to the specifications of the product. However, when the entire thickness of the upper plate made of a metal material is increased, the vertical resistance increases, and the EMI shielding performance deteriorates.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet for a shield can which can compensate for thickness tolerance and can easily change the entire thickness to a required level.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet for a shield can which can maintain a state in which the conductive sheet completely adheres to the shield can.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet for a shield can which can improve the electrical conductivity by reducing the vertical resistance.

In this case, the
Accordingly, the
As another example, the second
In this case, the
Accordingly, the
In the present invention, it is noted that, when the
19, the first
The distance between the
In other words, since the
Accordingly, the
Accordingly, the conductive path between the first
In addition, since the conductive path can always be formed at the shortest distance through the
The entire thickness of the
Accordingly, the
In addition, since the interval between the first
Here, the
At this time, the
That is, the first
The penetrating
That is, when the first
