띠 형상으로 형성되는 타이부와,
상기 타이부의 일측 단부에 형성되어 타이부가 결속되는 결합부로 이루어지고,
상기 결합부는 타이부의 일측 단부 양측에 측부로 돌출 형성되는 날개부의 하부로 돌출 형성되는 탄성편과, 상기 탄성편의 단부에 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 걸림돌부로 이루어지며,
상기 타이부는 길이방향의 양측부의 하부에는 상기 걸림돌부에 대응되도록 걸림턱이 형성되고,
상기 걸림돌부의 하단에는 제1경사부가 형성되고, 상기 타이부는 상면 양측부에는 상기 제1경사부에 대응되도록 제2경사부가 형성되며,
상기 타이부의 타측 단부 양측에는 상부로 돌출되도록 이탈방지부재가 형성되어 이탈방지부재의 내측에 타이부가 위치하여 타이부가 이탈방지부재의 외측으로 돌출되는 것을 방지하고,
상기 타이부의 상면에는 길이방향을 따라 제1톱니부가 형성되고,
