Description
The present invention relates to a vertical axis impeller blade propulsion device for an electric propulsion ship, and more particularly, to a vertical axis impeller blade propulsion device for an electric propulsion ship which uses an impeller blade having a vertical axis of rotation to completely isolate a bearing used for a rotation axis from seawater To a propulsion device.
The recent enlargement of ships has accelerated the development of propulsion devices such as diesel engines, gas turbines and water jets. In particular, the electric propulsion system is excellent in the adjustment performance by turning in the propelling direction by the rotation of the propeller itself, and has excellent crash stopping ability while maintaining the steering performance. It is expected to become an essential power system for upgrading the ship in the future.
However, the conventional propeller wing is still used as the propeller blades in the electric propulsion ship. However, since the bearing used for the propeller blades can not be completely sealed from the seawater, the leakage lubricating oil Becomes a source of pollution of the sea, shortens the life of the bearing, and causes seawater to flow into the engine room.
A propulsion device for a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention is advantageous in that an electric propulsion line operates the rotation of a propeller by using an electric motor. By using an impeller blade having a vertical axis as the propeller, It is possible to completely isolate the bearing used for the rotary shaft from seawater, thereby preventing seawater pollution caused by the lubricating oil of the bearing, increasing the life of the bearing, and propelling the ship to prevent seawater from flowing into the engine room Device.

The propulsion device for a ship according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a
The
The rotary
When the
In order to increase the efficiency of the propulsion device, the
The
The fixed
The
The fixed
3, when the maximum diameter of the fixed
In the first embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the lubricating oil from flowing out from the rotating
An empty bottle is inserted upside down with the lid open, but if it is inserted vertically, water will not enter the empty bottle even though the lid is open. However, only a small amount of water can be introduced into the bottle inlet by the pressure that the water pressure can give to the air in the bottle. According to Boyle's law of pressure and gas volume, if the water pressure is twice the atmospheric pressure, the water will come to about half way into the empty bottle. One atmospheric pressure corresponds to a pressure of about 10 meters of water depth.
The lubricating oil of the
The lower portion of the rotation
The marine propulsion device according to the first embodiment of the present invention may further include a
The
The motor box bearing 47 is positioned between the inner surface of the
5 is a side sectional view of a marine propulsion unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The propulsion device for a ship according to a second embodiment of the present invention is a configuration in which a gas storage chamber is further added to a propulsion device for a ship according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, components having the same functions as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof will be omitted.
The marine propulsion device according to the second embodiment of the present invention may further include a bearing box
The bearing box
The
The bearing box
For example, when the volume of the bearing
The pressure of the
The bearing

The motor box

The motor
The advantage of an electric propulsion ship is that the propulsion system itself is capable of turning in a propulsion direction by rotation of the propulsion system, and therefore, the ship has excellent adjustment performance. In order to maximize this advantage, the
The steering

The marine propulsion device according to the third embodiment of the present invention may include the
Two impeller motors are positioned on the upper portion of the
11 and 12, the water flow casing 110 includes the impeller blade
Generally, in order to increase the rotation speed by the motor, a transmission gear is required. When a transmission gear is used, the energy efficiency is deteriorated. In this embodiment, since the discharge area of the
When two

In order to improve the steering function, a
The steering
The reason why conventional ships have not developed a propulsion device having an impeller type rotary shaft is that the conventional internal combustion engine or gas turbine has a vertical axis impeller wing It was impossible to use. In this case, if a vertical axis impeller blade is to be used, the direction of the rotation axis must be changed to a vertical direction, and energy loss is generated in the process.
However, in the case of an electric propulsion vessel that rotates a rotary shaft by an electric motor, it is possible to use a vertical axis impeller blade because the rotation axis of the electric motor is placed horizontally or vertically, and there is no significant difference in terms of energy loss.
However, even if the propeller blades are replaced with vertical impeller blades, it is impossible to prevent the lubricating oil from being used for the upper and lower parts of the vertical rotary shaft which must be submerged in the sea water by the conventional mechanical engineering method. And can cause a larger problem.
However, the ship propulsion device according to the embodiment of the present invention is an electric propulsion ship device having a vertical axis impeller type vane, and it is possible to completely block the contact between the rotary shaft of the propulsion device and the seawater generated in the rotary shaft of the steering device , So that leakage of the bearing lubricating oil can be completely blocked.
This not only eliminates the need to periodically lubricate the engine room as well as extending the lifetime of the propulsion system, but also completely prevents engine room flooding due to incomplete rotor seal sealing at all sterns .
In addition, oil and lubricant can prevent the pollution of the oceans, thus contributing to the protection of the marine environment.
It is expected that the new market will be expanded in the shipbuilding industry, thereby bringing new vitality to the economy both at home and abroad.
