Claims (8)

양념재료를 투입하고 혼합하여 액상으로 만드는 호퍼와, 상기 호퍼에서 배출되는 양념을 가압 이송시키는 이송펌프로 구성되는 양념공급부;
상기 이송펌프의 송출관이 통하도록 연결되는 덮개가 일측에 형성되고, 내부에 공간이 형성되며, 내주면에 나선형 격벽이 형성되며 배출구가 형성된 혼합부;
상기 혼합부를 회전시키는 동력을 제공하는 구동부;
상기 혼합부의 덮개를 통해 야채를 공급하는 컨베어벨트가 형성된 야채공급부;
상기 혼합부의 배출구에 형성되어 야채와 양념이 혼합된 혼합물을 외부로 이송하는 이송부를 포함하고,
상기 혼합부는 개구부가 일단에 형성되고, 타단에는 원추형상으로 이루어져 직경이 작아지는 축소부가 형성되며, 축소부에 배출구가 형성된 회전드럼을 포함하며,
상기 회전드럼의 내주면에 나선형 격벽이 형성되고, 상기 나선형 격벽에는 다수의 통공이 형성되어 액상의 양념이 통과 되도록 하되,
상기 회전드럼의 내주면에는 다수의 보스가 돌출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 김치 양념 혼합장치.

Wherein the mixing portion includes a rotary drum having an opening formed at one end thereof and a reduced portion formed at the other end thereof in a conical shape and having a reduced diameter and having a discharge port formed in the reduced portion,
A spiral partition wall is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the rotary drum, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the spiral partition wall to allow the liquid spice to pass therethrough,
And a plurality of bosses protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the rotary drum.
제 1항에 있어서,
상기 호퍼는
하부에 출구가 형성되며, 상기 출구로 갈수록 직경이 작아져서 원추형상으로 형성되며,
상부에 모터가 형성되고, 상기 모터에 연결되어 내부에 수직하게 형성되는 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 하단 외주면에 다수 형성되는 스크류날로 이루어진 혼합부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 김치 양념 혼합장치.
