상기 플랜지는 도넛모양으로서, 원판형 몸체의 중앙에 둥근 결합구멍이 형성되어 축에 삽입될 수 있게 되고, 몸체의 외주면에는 방사상으로 볼트를 체결할 수 있는 구멍이 다수 개 형성되고, 일정길이로 절단한 후 cnc를 사용하여 절삭함에 따라 필요한 수치로 가공하게 되고, 상기 플라스틱 재질은 pe 재질을 사용하는 것이며,
절삭 후 바리를 제거하는데 바리제거기를 사용하는 것으로, 상기 바리제거기는 플랜지에 맞게 원판형의 상부날부(100)와 하부다이(200)로 이루어지며,
상기 상부날부(100)는 플랜지 중앙구멍을 관통하면서 내벽의 가운데 둥근절삭날(110)이 하부로 돌출형성되고, 주위는 볼트구멍(112)에 삽입되게 다수개의 삽입부(120)가 하부로 돌출 형성되는 것이며,
상기 하부다이(200)는 중앙의 둥근절삭날이 삽입되는 중앙홈(210)과, 주위의 삽입부(120)가 삽입되는 삽입홈(220)이 형성되므로, 플랜지를 상부날부(100)와 하부다이(200) 사이에 안치한 후, 상부에서 힘을 가하면 플랜지 중앙구멍 내벽의 바리가 제거되는 것이며,
상기 중앙의 둥근절삭날의 지름이 클 경우를 대비하여, 상기 중앙의 둥근절삭날은 4개의 절삭편(111)으로 나누어지고, 방사상으로 외부방향으로 지름이 확장될 때, 상기 4개의 절삭편(111)을 고정할 수 있게 절삭편(111)에는 고정볼트가 삽입되게 볼트구멍(112)이 형성되는 것이며,
이후 초음파세척에 의해 나머지 바리를 제거하고,
