The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a product having a functional film and a control method thereof, and more particularly to an apparatus for manufacturing a product having a film exhibiting a function such as corrosion resistance, hydrophilicity, antibacterial property and the like and a control method thereof.
More specifically, the present invention relates to a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) apparatus and a control method thereof.
It has been desired to form and use a film (functional film) having a specific function on the surface of the base material throughout the industry. This is because the functional film can compensate the performance that the base material does not have. For example, a functional film having a specific function, corrosiveness, hydrophilicity, etc. is formed on the surface of a heat exchanger, a surface of a side mirror of an automobile, and the like. As an example, a heat exchanger for an air conditioner will be described as follows.
The air conditioner is a device having a function of controlling a predetermined space at a desired temperature and humidity. The air conditioner generally uses a refrigeration cycle, which comprises a compressor, an evaporator, an expansion valve, and a condenser. The evaporator and the condenser are a kind of heat exchanger, and comprise a tube through which refrigerant flows and a cooling fin installed in the tube. That is, in the evaporator and the condenser, heat exchange is performed between the refrigerant flowing in the inside and the surrounding air. In the evaporator, when the refrigerant evaporates, it absorbs the heat of the surrounding air. In the condenser, heat is released to the ambient air when the refrigerant condenses.
However, when the surface temperature of the heat exchanger becomes lower than the dew point temperature of ambient air, air condenses and water droplets are formed on the surface of the heat exchanger. When this phenomenon gets worse, the water drops froze and become sex. Water droplets and / or gaps generated on the surface of the heat exchanger cause various problems. For example, water drops and / or sludge may reduce the heat exchange area, thereby deteriorating the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger itself. Also, since they are a kind of flow resistance, the power of the blowing fan used to flow the air to the heat exchanger is increased. Therefore, it is preferable to prevent water droplets or the like from condensing on the surface of the heat exchanger. To this end, attempts have been made to solve this problem by making the surface of the heat exchanger hydrophilic so that water droplets condensed on the surface of the heat exchanger flow down.
On the other hand, the heat exchanger, especially the heat exchanger installed in the outdoor unit, is exposed to the outside environment as it is. This phenomenon is particularly severe when a heat exchanger is installed in an environment having salinity, such as a coastal area. Therefore, it has been proposed to provide a corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of the heat exchanger.
In addition, as the use time of the heat exchanger expires, molds, bacteria and the like on the surface of the heat exchanger are inhabited, and odors are generated, which causes a problem in hygiene. However, since the heat exchanger is usually installed inside the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, it is not easy to clean it. Therefore, it has been proposed to coat the surface of the heat exchanger with an anti-bacteria / anti-fungi (hereinafter, collectively referred to as 'antimicrobial') coating.
Meanwhile, a manufacturing apparatus and a method for manufacturing a functional film using conventional plasma deposition will be described.
First, the base material is cleaned in the cleaning chamber. Then, the cleaned base material is put into a plasma reaction chamber to perform a plasma reaction to form a functional film. The base material having the functional film is washed again in the cleaning chamber. That is, in the prior art, the charcoal, the functional film formation, and the post-cleaning are performed in the respective chambers. Also in the case of formation of the functional film, the corrosion-resistant film, the hydrophilic film and the anti-silicic film are formed in different chambers respectively. Therefore, in the prior art, there is a separate chamber for performing each process, and since each process is performed in each chamber, there is a disadvantage that a device and a control method for making a functional film are complicated.
Also, conventionally, a method has been proposed in which a functional film is formed on the material itself without forming a functional film on the product itself to manufacture a product thereafter. That is, a method has been proposed in which a functional film is formed on the surface of a material in a sheet state, and the material is processed to manufacture a heat radiation fin of the heat exchanger.
However, in this case, there is a problem that the product itself is not formed solely of the material having the functional film formed thereon. In addition, there is a problem that the processed part of the material, for example, a functional film is not formed on the front end surface, and corrosion is locally generated, thereby lowering the reliability of the whole product.
In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2003-0078455 discloses a plasma deposition apparatus for forming a functional film on a product itself.
In the plasma deposition apparatus, a product is transferred to a carrier to form a functional film, and power is supplied to the product through a carrier which is in contact with a pair of rollers. Therefore, there is a problem that the power supply method is very complicated and the reliability of the power supply is lowered because power is supplied through the rollers. Further, since the functional film is formed also on the carrier, the efficiency is lowered.
In addition, since the product, that is, the heat exchanger is transported in a state suspended from the carrier, there is a problem that the transportation structure is complicated and power can not be stably supplied between the carrier and heat exchange. This is because the heat exchanger is not stably fixed.
Further, there is a problem that a uniform functional film can not be formed on the entire heat exchanger because there is only one electrical contact formed in the heat exchanger.
Meanwhile, in the related art, it is not easy for an operator to load and unload a heat exchanger in a carrier, and therefore, a work process is not efficient, and there are many difficulties in installing and separating a carrier.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Hereinafter, the heat exchanger will be described as an example of a product having a functional film, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is of course possible to apply it to other products.
First, referring to Fig. 1, a general configuration of a preferred embodiment of an apparatus for manufacturing a product having a functional film according to the present invention will be described.
In this embodiment, there is provided a
The
In the
In the present embodiment, the
Specifically, the present embodiment preferably includes a
Meanwhile, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, it is preferable to provide a large number of functional films for the object. To this end, a
Specifically, the heat exchanger (5) is preferably mechanically and electrically connected to the pallet (7). That is, the
The
It is possible to load, charge and provide a functional film of the
However, in this case, since the loading and unloading areas overlap, there is a problem that smooth operation is difficult to be performed. This is because reloading must be performed after unloading at the same position after functional film formation. In other words, the unloading or loading operation can not be performed while the functional film is being formed, which increases the work process time.
In order to solve this problem, the
Through the construction of the
Specifically, the
So that the
On the other hand, the manufacturing apparatus according to the present embodiment provides a structure in which the
As described above, the manufacturing apparatus according to the present embodiment may include the following configuration for providing a functional film. The cleaning
2, each component of the manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail.

It is preferable that a
The
As shown in FIG. 2, at the center of the chamber, partition walls 18 partitioning the chambers are provided. Plasma reactions may be performed on both sides of the barrier ribs. For example, the heat exchanger on the left side of the
Therefore, electrodes are preferably provided on both sides of the barrier ribs. On the other hand, the lower part of the partition wall is preferably opened. In other words, the pallet can be transported through the open position. That is, the open area is located at the center of the pallet, and the object can be loaded on the fixed part formed on both sides of the pallet. Therefore, the objects can be loaded in parallel and the plasma reaction process can be performed at the same time.
On both sides of the barrier rib 18,
In the present embodiment, the

First, an object (
After the
Each step will be described in detail as follows.
The supply step S1 for supplying the
Meanwhile, the
[0043] The following describes a pre-charging step S3 for cleaning the
A functional film supplying step S5 for forming a functional film on the

The post-cleaning step may be performed at the same time after completion of the plasma reaction. That is, after the completion of the plasma-only reaction, it is also possible to supply the cleaning gas to discharge the reaction residue to the outside and to clean the heat exchanger.
The plasma reaction is performed by supplying power to the heat exchanger. Accordingly, when the plasma reaction is terminated, the operation for supplying power to the heat exchanger is released. This power supply release operation may be performed only after completion of the plasma reaction, and may be performed in the post-cleaning step.
When the post-cleaning step is completed, a vent step for eliminating the pressure difference between the inside space of the chamber and the outside space is preferably performed.
The discharge step of discharging the
Hereinafter, the circulation of the
As described above, two
Two
For the circulation of the
More specifically, the
The
First, when the unloading of the
Here, the loading and unloading can be performed by the operator. Therefore, the vertical position of loading and unloading is very important for convenience of operation. And the vertical position at this time may be different from the vertical position of the pallet in the
Therefore, it is preferable that the elevating
On the other hand, it takes a lot of time when the pallet is circulated and transported from the unloading area C to the loading area A. Therefore, it is preferable that a pallet is also provided in the circulation area D. That is, when the provision of the functional film is completed, a pallet in the circulation area is transferred to the loading area, and a pallet in the unloading area can be transferred to the circulation area. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the time required for circulation transfer of the pallet.
The workflow related to the circulation of the pallet is as follows.
The loading operation in the loading area A, the provision of the functional film in the work area B, and the unloading operation in the unloading area C are simultaneously performed. In the circulation region (D), a pallet on which a heat exchanger is not loaded is waiting. When these operations are completed, the palettes in each area are sequentially moved to the next area. Accordingly, the operation can be performed continuously, and the processing time can be remarkably shortened.
Hereinafter, the pallet will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8. FIG.
Fig. 5 shows a cross section of the pallet located on the conveying
Here, it is necessary to prevent power from being applied to the conveying
On the other hand, the
The
A plurality of the fixing
The
Accordingly, power can be supplied only to the fixed portion, and a plurality of fixed portions can be connected to each other and electrically connected to each other.
On the other hand, the
For example, the contact in front of the pallet may be a contact used when the pallet is in front, and the contact behind the pallet may be a contact used when the pallet is behind.
Here, it is preferable that the moving contact of the power supply unit and the palette contact are selectively in contact when the pallet moves and is stationary in the chamber. Therefore, since the power is supplied in the stationary state, more stable and continuous power supply becomes possible.
The fixing structure of the
The fixing
The pitch includes both the pitch in the longitudinal direction of the
The fixing
As shown in Fig. 6, the
Here, the support of the heat exchanger through the
Here, the area of the electrical contacts is very important. This is because spikes can occur if the power supply is biased at a specific location. These sparks interfere with stable plasma reactions. Therefore, it may be difficult to form a uniform functional film.
Therefore, the support of the product through the
The supporting
Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the coupling relationship between the
As described above, the adjusting
The
The fixing
That is, the
With this structure, it is possible to easily fix the jig and adjust the width of the jig. Thus, it is possible to easily and easily respond to various sizes and types of heat exchangers.
Hereinafter, the electrode will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
The
The
In addition, a
If the plasma reaction is repeated, the
For this purpose, it is preferable that the
The
As shown in FIG. 9, the
Here, the nozzle is preferably formed in a circular tube. That is, the gas or the like moved along the circular tube can supply the gas or the like to the object through the nozzle formed on the front surface of the circular tube.
Meanwhile, a plurality of the circular tubes may be provided. A plurality of electrodes may be provided in the longitudinal direction along the electrodes, and a plurality of electrodes may be provided in the vertical direction. A precursor or the like is supplied into the chamber through the circular tube provided substantially in the longitudinal direction.
Here, the circular tube communicates with each other through the
It is preferable that the position of the circular tube is in front of the
A plasma reaction is performed through the reactive gas, the precursor, and the carrier gas supplied from the nozzles. Therefore, there may be a difference between supplying such precursors or the like at the position where the reaction proceeds and supplying precursors or the like to the positions where the reaction proceeds.
When a precursor or the like is supplied at the position where the reaction proceeds, most of the supplied precursors and the like are used for the plasma reaction so that the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the nozzle can be continuously maintained. Therefore, a precursor or the like can be continuously supplied through the nozzle. However, when a precursor or the like is supplied to a position where the reaction proceeds at a position where the reaction does not proceed, a certain portion of the supplied precursor or the like may not be used for the plasma reaction. Therefore, the pressure outside the nozzle may be increased, which may cause clogging of the nozzle. Therefore, it is preferable that the position of the circular tube, that is, the position of the nozzle is located in front of the
The
In order to facilitate installation and maintenance of the heater due to such a problem, it is possible to use a structure in which the
Here, a plurality of
Hereinafter, a
The
For the plasma reaction, the
That is, it is preferable that the moving
It is preferable that the moving contact is elastically supported. That is, even when the moving contact moves and comes into contact with the contact point of the pallet, it can be moved a predetermined distance. Of course, the moving contact itself will not move, but the remaining portion except the moving contact can be moved a predetermined distance further. Preferably, the predetermined distance is at least a distance at which the contact can be reliably ensured due to the elastic support. Therefore, even if vibration is generated, the power can be stably supplied due to the elastic support.
The
More specifically, the
The switch member 82 'may be formed in a shaft shape. One side of the switch member may be selectively electrically connected to the moving contact. The other side of the switch member may be connected to a power line (not shown).
Here, it is preferable that the switch member is electrically connected to the moving contact when the moving
Here, the horizontal block may have a through
Meanwhile, the connecting member 84 may be interposed between the
11 shows an overall view of the
With this configuration, the portion of the
The
Therefore, the
The rear position of the safety switch is a state where power is cut off from the
On the other hand, a portion to which power is applied is formed on the moving
Preferably, the cover covers the top and sides of the moving contact, i.e., the top and sides, and the front is open for movement of the moving contact. The rear surface may be clogged, but it does not need to be particularly clogged because it abuts the inner wall 1a.
The reactive
In the meantime, although the heat exchanger has been described by way of example in the above-described embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, it is of course possible to use it for an automobile side mirror or the like.
