실시예Example 1 One
비스-PEG/PPG-25/25 디메티콘(Bis-PEG/PPG-25/25 Dimethicone, 주식회사 케이씨씨, 대한민국) 20 wt%를 투입한 후 200 rpm으로 10분 동안 교반하였다. 상기 비스-PEG/PPG-25/25 디메티콘에 폴리디메틸실록산 검 60 wt%를 투입 후 2시간 동안 교반(500 rpm)하였다. 이렇게 얻은 혼합물에 탈이온수 5 wt%를 투입하고 고속 교반(600 rpm 이상)한 후, 다시 탈이온수 14.8 wt%를 투입하였다. 그 후 Neolone 950(ROHM AND HAAS 社) 0.2 wt%를 투입하여 10분간 교반함으로써 모발 컨디셔닝 조성물을 제조하였다.

폴리옥시에틸렌 트리데실 에테르 4.55 wt%, 실리콘 계면활성제 2.45 wt%를 투입하여 200 rpm 으로 10분 동안 교반한 후, 폴리디메틸실록산 검 73 wt%를 투입하여 2시간 동안 교반하였다(500 rpm). 이렇게 얻은 혼합물에 탈이온수 5 wt%를 투입 및 고속 교반(600 rpm 이상)한 뒤, 다시 탈이온수 14.8 wt% 투입하였다. 그 후 방부제 0.2 wt% 첨가하고 10분 동안 교반하여 모발 컨디셔닝 조성물을 제조하였다.

표 2의 결과로부터 알 수 있듯이, 실시예 3 및 4의 경우 희석안정성이 양호 하였고, 100,000 ~ 500,000 cP 점도를 가지는 에멀젼을 제조할 수 있었다. 비교예 4의 경우 디메틸실록산 검 대비 실리콘 계면활성제의 중량이 많았기 때문에, 제조된 조성물의 희석안정성이 불량하였고, 낮은 점도의 에멀젼이 제조되었다. 비교예 5의 경우 디메틸실록산 검 대비 실리콘 계면활성제 중량이 적었기 때문에, 제조된 조성물의 유화 상태가 불량하였기 때문에, 희석안정성이 불량하였고 낮은 점도의 에멀젼이 제조되었다.As can be seen from the results of Table 2, in Examples 3 and 4, the dilution stability was good and the emulsion having the viscosity of 100,000 to 500,000 cP was able to be produced. Claims (13)
상기 유기 비이온성 계면활성제, 상기 실리콘 계면활성제, 상기 폴리디메틸실록산 검을 먼저 혼합한 후에, 이어서 상기 물과 상기 방부제를 투입하여 제조된 모발 컨디셔닝 조성물로서,
상기 폴리디메틸실록산 검은 점도가 1,000,000 cSt 초과이고,
상기 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 상기 폴리디메틸실록산은 50 wt% 내지 60 wt%, 상기 물은 15 wt% 내지 20 wt%, 상기 유기 비이온성 계면활성제는 5 wt% 내지 13 wt%, 상기 실리콘 계면활성제는 3 wt% 내지 10 wt%, 상기 방부제는 0.001 wt% 내지 10 wt%의 함량으로 포함되며,
상기 실리콘 계면활성제는 PEG가 PPG와 동일하거나 큰 몰 비율로 포함되는 디메티콘 코폴리올이고,

상기 실리콘 계면활성제는 PEG가 PPG와 동일하거나 큰 몰 비율로 포함되는 디메티콘 코폴리올이고,
