Abstract

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The cleaning sheet comprises a cleaning layer comprising a cleaning component; And a sealing layer adhered to the upper surface of the cleaning layer to prevent leakage of the fluid generated in the cleaning layer.

The present invention relates to a cleaning sheet, and more particularly, to a cleaning sheet that can prevent a cleaning agent from being exposed to air and can easily remove contaminants, and a method of manufacturing the same.

Conventional cleaning agents are sprayed with a spray using a liquid phase or used by being buried in a cloth. However, when spraying with a detergent spray, the detergent is sprayed to an undesired portion, which is uneconomical, and the fine detergent particles are sucked through the user's respiratory tract, thereby causing discomfort.

In addition, when used in a cloth, it is not only difficult to control the amount of the cleaning agent, but also irritates the user's skin and wears gloves. Also, there are many additional troubles such as sucking and drying after using the cloth, and there are many cases where the detergent related products are not utilized properly or are left unattended.

In order to solve such a problem, a cleaning sheet impregnated with a cleaning agent, for example, a mop, kitchen towel, tissue paper or the like is used instead of a cloth. That is, the cleaning sheet is adhered to the contamination site without the need to apply the cleaning agent to the cleaning sheet or the contamination site, so that the cleaning agent impregnated in the cleaning sheet cleans the contamination site.

However, this method is difficult to carry and store due to its weight because the sheet is stored in a state impregnated with a detergent, and the detergent impregnated in the cleaning sheet itself dries over time, thereby deteriorating the cleaning performance . In addition, even when used in a contaminated area, the cleaning agent impregnated in the sheet is evaporated, thereby causing a problem that the cleaning sheet user sucks the evaporated cleaning component. In addition, a large amount of detergent It is necessary to impregnate the sheet, which leads to waste of the detergent and causes water pollution.

Therefore, there is a demand for a cleaning sheet and a manufacturing method for solving the problem.
