Description

ELECTRIC BLIND

More particularly, the present invention relates to an electric blind, and more particularly, to an electric blind, which can be used without a separate driving shaft by providing a driving unit inside a rotary drum and using a driving unit to rotate the rotary drum directly, And to provide a constant rotating force to the winding roll installed at a predetermined interval in the rotating drum.

Generally, curtains or blinds are installed in a house or office due to problems such as privacy protection or mining or heating, and curtains or blinds are struck or walked as needed. Blinds used for such purposes are vertically openable And a horizontal opening type. All of them are formed so as to be able to control the degree of lighting by adjusting the direction, that is, the angle, so that the configuration of the blind is very similar to that of the opening and closing of the blind.

However, in the case of the conventional manual blind, it is inconvenient to use the curtain or the blind to adjust the angle of the curtain or the blind to the place where the blind was directly installed.

In order to solve such inconveniences, an electric blind operated by an electric motor has been recently proposed. Such an electric blind is equipped with a motor and a power transmitting device inside the case, so that the shading blades are automatically lifted So that it can be opened and closed.

The above-described electric blind is used by connecting a driving portion to a drive portion on one side of the case, connecting a driving shaft to the driving portion, and connecting the wire to the winding roll in a state where at least one winding roll is installed in the driving shaft.

However, in the conventional electric blind, since the driving part is connected to only the end of the driving shaft, the driving shaft having a predetermined length can not be rotated accurately. Particularly, since the load is concentrated on the driving shaft, .

That is, the fixing table 800 may be provided to receive the rotational power from the driving unit 900 to rotate the rotary drum 700.

The third protrusion 810 is formed at the same position as the inner guide groove 720 so as to be inserted into the inner guide groove 720 formed in the rotary drum 700 and is formed in a shape corresponding to the inner guide groove 720 .

The driving unit 900 is located inside the rotary drum 700 and is fixed inside any one of the caps 200 provided at both ends of the case 100. When the wireless remote controller Lt; / RTI > The driving unit 900 may include a body 910 having a predetermined length and a rotary shaft 920 connected to one end of the body 910.

The driving unit 900 may be installed in a built-in manner so as to be installed inside the rotary drum 700, may be electrically connected to an external battery, and may be used as a rotary motor operated by a wireless remote controller.

The body 910 may be formed to have a predetermined length so that a portion of the rotary shaft 920 connected to one end of the body 910 may be positioned at an intermediate portion of the rotary drum 700. That is, the conventional rotary motor is installed and fixed to the outside of the electric blind, and is used in a state in which it relies on the drive shaft. Such a conventional method has a problem that the drive shaft is bent when used for a long period of time. The rotational force can not be transmitted to the take-up roll of the take-up reel. In order to solve such a problem, in the present invention, the length of the body 910 is lengthened so that the rotating power is transmitted to the rotary drum 700 in a state where the fixing table 800 is positioned at the middle portion of the rotary drum 700.

When the fixing table 800 is positioned at the middle portion of the rotary drum 700 as described above, the rotary power provided to the rotary drum 700 can be constantly provided.

Meanwhile, the principle of the driving unit 900 controlled by the wireless remote controller is well known to those skilled in the art, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted in an embodiment of the present invention.

While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, It will be understood that the invention may be practiced. It is therefore to be understood that one embodiment described above is illustrative in all aspects and not restrictive.
