다수의 슬래트(100a,100b...100n)가 승강 줄(110)과 사다리 줄(120)에 의하여 상부틀(200)에 고정되고, 상기 슬래트(100)는 상부틀(200)에 내장된 모터(310) 및 제어기판(320)으로 이루어지는 승강장치(300)에 의하여 승, 하강 및 각도조절이 되는 전동 블라인드에 있어서,
상부틀(200)의 하단부에 빛이 발광되는 발광부(11)와 그 빛을 감지하는 감지부(12)로 이루어져 슬래트(100)와의 거리를 측정할 수 있는 광센서(10)가 내장되고, 상기 광센서(10)의 발광부(11)와 감지부(12)는 서로 마주보는 형태로 하측 방향으로 경사지게 상부틀(200)에 장착되어 최상단 슬래트가 설정된 높이에 이르게 되면 발광부(11)에서 하측으로 발산된 빛이 최상단 슬래트(100a)의 상면에 부딪혀 반사됨으로써 감지부(12)에서 빛을 감지함에 따라 모터(310)의 구동을 중지시키도록 되며, 상기 최상단 슬래트(100a)는 표면에 반사시트가 덧씌워지거나 반사코팅층이 형성되어 빛 반사율을 향상키고 감지부의 인식률을 향상시키도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 광센서에 의한 전동 블라인드 승강 제어장치.
