Abstract
또한, 본 발명은 화학센서 및 바이오센서용 고분자 나노입자와 자성나노입자 복합체 및 이를 이용한 단백질 분해효소의 선택적인 형광 및 자기 이완시간에 의한 이중검출방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 공액화 화합물 및 화학식 2로 표시되는 공액화 화합물을 포함하며, 표면에 양전하를 갖는 폴리펩타이드가 추가로 도입된 고분자 나노입자와 음전하를 갖는 자성나노입자의 정전기적 상호 인력에 의하여 나노하이브리드화되며,
단백질 분해효소에 의하여 상기 고분자 나노입자 표면의 폴리펩타이드가 분해됨에 따라 상기 고분자 나노입자와 상기 자성나노입자의 정전기적 반발력이 형성되어, 고분자 나노입자의 형광이 증가되고, 자성나노입자의 횡이완시간이 증가되는 것을 이용한 센서.

Ar은 또는 또는 또는 또는 이 분자를 포함하는 헤테로아릴렌이고;
R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적인 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1 내지 C8의 알킬기이고;
m은 2 내지 199의 정수이다.)

상기 센서는 형광광도계 및 자기공명장치를 이용한 효소단백질의 선택적 검출용인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 센서는 특정 세포 내의 효소단백질에 의해서 세포를 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 세포는 Hela 세포 또는 MCF-7 세포인 암세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
