Description

Thin-film typed high moisture transferable textile sheet}[0001] The present invention relates to a thin film type high moisture transferable textile sheet,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a thin sheet-like highly hydroscopic fibrous sheet, and more particularly to a thin sheet-like, highly water-repellent, fibrous sheet having moisture on one side of a fibrous sheet and rapidly transferring moisture to one side of the fibrous sheet, .

Recently, high performance and multi-functionalization of materials have been pursued in accordance with the tendency of diversification, individualization, and high quality of consumers. The enhancement of synthetic fibers has been developed in order to improve the physical properties that complement the vulnerability of natural fibers and to maximize the advantages of synthetic fibers have. Representative functional materials include sweat-absorbing quick-drying, antistatic, ultraviolet-shielding fabrics and secondary textile products thereof.

Particularly, in the sweat-absorbing quick-drying material, the movement of the sweat on the gas emitted from the body is mainly evaporated to the outside after being absorbed into the material, and therefore the moisture absorption amount of the material and the moisture absorption / . In addition, the treatment of sweat due to the liquid sweat movement, that is, the extension of the senses, is important because of the capillary phenomenon caused by the fine space between the fibers formed by the material (to increase the absorption rate through the micropores and to increase the diffusion surface of water) .

As a technique of the sweat-absorbing quick-drying material, a technical matter concerning an absorbent sheet made up of a fiber structure having a high density portion and a low density portion in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 3-213546 (published on Sept. 18, 1991) has been proposed. The above technique is for transferring moisture from the backside layer to the surface layer only by using the density difference, and there is a limitation in the function of the sports apparel which requires a lot of momentum.

In consideration of this point, a fabric which utilizes the difference in density between the surface layer and the backside layer or imparts a quick-drying function by forming an intermediate transition layer has been proposed. In particular, Korean Patent Registration No. 0574065 discloses a double-layer structure And the back layer is composed of uncured warp yarns of a polyester or nylon circular cross-section structure, the mono denier is less than 1 denier and less than 5 denier, the surface layer is made of polyester or nylon yarn, And the mono-denier is 0.2 denier or more and less than 1 denier.

However, since the fiber sheet of the above-mentioned type has a problem of moisture transfer, it has a problem that it is not easy to manufacture because it is formed of two layers formed of fibers having different tissue densities and different kinds of fibers, There is a problem that there is a limitation in use.

The present invention provides a thin sheet-like highly hydroscopic sheet capable of imparting moisture to one surface of a cloth, absorbing moisture from one surface of the sheet, and having a dry feel at all times.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a thin film-like highly hydrosulfite fiber sheet which does not change the thickness of the fiber sheet through a thin film coating on the fiber sheet and does not inhibit inherent tactile feeling and softness of the fiber sheet.

In order to attain the above object, the present invention provides a thin sheet-like highly hydroscopic fiber sheet, wherein a thin film coating layer is formed on one surface of the hydrophilic fiber sheet, wherein the thin film coating layer is coated with a hydrophobic coating agent in a thin film- And a fiber-reinforced sheet.

Also, the thin film-like highly hydratable fibrous sheet is characterized in that the thickness of the thin film coating layer is 20 to 80 nm.

Also, the hydrophobic coating agent is a translucent colored sheet-like highly water-swellable fiber sheet characterized by comprising a silicone-based water repellent agent and a binder.

Also, the hydrophobic coating agent is applied to 70 to 95% of the surface area of the surface of the sheet.

Also, the thin film coating layer is provided with a gap which is not coated with a hydrophobic coating agent of 0.5 to 5 mm.

Also, the hydrophobic coating agent forms a thin film coating layer in the form of dots or streaks.

Also, the gap has a color difference from that of the thin film coating layer when water is absorbed.

The thin film-like highly hydroscopic fibrous sheet according to the present invention has the effect of rapidly transferring moisture in one direction through the processing of the surface and the skin-contacting surface, thereby always drying on the skin-contacting surface.

Further, the thin film-like highly hydroscopic fibrous sheet of the present invention has an effect of preventing intrinsic tactile feeling and softness of the fibrous sheet without increasing the thickness of the fibrous sheet through the thin film type coating.

Fig.

The present invention is characterized in that a thin film coating layer is formed on one surface of a hydrophilic fiber sheet as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and a hydrophobic coating agent is coated on a part of one surface of the fiber sheet in a thin film form.

The hydrophilic fibrous sheet may be any fibrous sheet having water absorbing ability and having any hydrophilic property.

For example, a fibrous sheet containing hydrophilic fibers such as cotton, rayon, wool, silk, and the like may be used as the fibrous sheet, or hydrophilic synthetic fibers may be used.

The thin film coating layer 200 is formed on one side of the hydrophilic fibrous sheet 100 capable of absorbing moisture as described above.

In the thin film coating layer 200, a hydrophobic coating agent is coated in a thin film on a part of one side of the fiber sheet.

The thickness of the thin film coating layer is preferably 80 nm or less in order to prevent the thin film coating layer from being easily felt due to the softness, softness or human sensation of the fiber sheet. In order to prevent peeling of the thin film coating layer during washing or rubbing, Nm or more, and preferably 20 to 80 nm.

Most preferably, the thin film coating layer is formed on the fiber sheet at a thickness of 30 to 50 nm.

The thin film coating layer 200 is formed by coating the hydrophobic coating agent, and the hydrophobic coating agent is preferably formed of a water repellent agent and a binder, which does not hinder the intrinsic color of the fabric due to its transparent color.

The water-repellent agent may be selected from the group consisting of a fluorine-based water repellent, a silicone-based water repellent, a fluorine-silicone water repellent, an acrylic water repellent, a polyethylene water repellent, a polypropylene water repellent, It is most preferable to use a silicone-based water repellent agent that is easy to form, and it is preferable to use a silicone-based water repellent agent prepared by a sol-gel method using tetraethyl-orthosilicate (TEOS).

The water repellent agent may be used in combination with a solvent, a thickener, etc. to improve processability.

The binder used in the present invention may be any of the binders used in the fiber products. For example, acrylic binders, silicone based binders, polyurethane binders, and the like can be used. It is preferable to use an acrylic binder of transparent color which has little skin irritation and is easy to use.

The mixing ratio of the water repellent agent and the binder may be adjusted according to the water repellent agent and the binder used. In general, the water repellent agent and the binder may be mixed in a weight ratio of 9: 1 to 3: 7.

The hydrophobic coating agent may be coated on the fiber sheet by various methods such as roll printing, laminating and the like.

The hydrophobic coating agent is applied 70 to 95% of the surface area of the hydrophobic coating agent to form a thin film coating layer. The thin film coating layer has a gap 300 in which the hydrophobic coating agent of 0.5 to 5 mm is not coated.

The gap (300) is a place where the gap absorbs moisture that is in contact with one surface of the fiber sheet through a gap between the thin film coating layer and the adjacent thin film coating layer, and serves as a passage for transferring to the other surface. If the width or length of the gap is 0.5 mm, The surface of the fiber sheet on which the thin film coating layer is formed may become dull due to insufficient absorption, and if the width or length of the gap is larger than 5 mm, the gap in which moisture is absorbed may be widened,

The hydrophobic coating agent may be a dot pattern as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a stripe pattern as shown in FIG. 3 (b), or a grid pattern as shown in FIG. 3 (c) It is possible to form a thin film coating layer and design the pattern by controlling the width or length of the gap within 0.5 to 5 mm.

2, the moisture generated from the body contacting the one side of the fiber sheet having the thin film coating layer 200 formed thereon can not be absorbed by the water repellency of the thin film coating layer, ). The moisture pushed to the gap is absorbed by the hydrophilic property and the moisture is rapidly absorbed in the fiber sheet front direction as shown in Fig.

As described above, the moisture absorbed into the fiber sheet can not be transferred to one side of the fiber due to the thin film coating layer, and moisture is transferred to the other side, so that the fiber sheet has a dry feeling at all times.

This is because the absolute moisture content of the fiber sheet containing moisture is not reduced but the moisture retained on one surface of the fiber sheet on which the thin film coating layer is formed is quickly moved to another portion of the fiber sheet, will be.

Therefore, in the state where the moisture content contained in the fibrous sheet is assumed to be the same, the moisture retained in the fibrous sheet rapidly diffuses to other portions of the fibrous sheet, so that one side of the fibrous sheet can feel the feeling of dryness and freshness, It is possible to realize the property of quick drying that is swollen regardless of the amount of drying.

5 (a) and 5 (b), the thin film coating layer of the present invention, in which the thin film coating layer 200 and the gap 300 are formed as described above, , As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the hyperchromic effect appears due to moisture. Considering this phenomenon, we can improve the aesthetics on the fiber sheet through the gap design.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the method for producing a thin film-like highly hydroscopic fibrous sheet according to the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to the examples.

As shown in FIG. 5 (a), it can be seen that the thin film coating layer is not visually observed before moisture absorption, As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the area where the thin film coating layer is formed is not wetted by water, but the gap where the thin film coating layer is not formed is wetted with water and shows a hyperchromic effect.
