Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 히트펌프(10)와, 상기 히트펌프(10) 및 부하(R) 측에 연결되어 환수가 순환되도록 연장되는 환수공급라인(20)과; 상기 환수공급라인(20)을 통해 환수의 유출입이 가능하도록 연결됨과 동시에 일정량의 환수를 저장하도록 된 축열조(30)와; 상기 환수공급라인(20)의 일측에 연결되어 부하(R) 측과의 열교환이 이루어지도록 구비되되, 상기 환수공급라인(20) 상의 환수와 상기 부하(R) 측에 연결되는 부하공급라인(39) 상의 공급수와의 열교환이 이루어지도록 된 물대물 열교환기(31)와; 상기 환수공급라인(20) 상에 구비되어 환수의 흐름을 제어하도록 된 복수개의 제어밸브(24~27)를 포함하는 대온도차 수축열시스템이 제공된다.

Claims (3)
- 열매체가 순환되는 순환라인(16)에 의해 상호 연결되는 압축기(11), 제1 내지 제3 열교환기(12~14) 및 팽창밸브(15)를 포함하되, 상기 제1 열교환기(12)는 압축기(11)로부터 배출되는 핫가스가 통과되도록 위치되고, 상기 제2 열교환기(13)는 부하측과의 열교환이 이루어지도록 연결되며, 상기 제1 또는 제3 열교환기(12,14)는 열원(S) 측과의 열교환이 이루어지도록 연결된 히트펌프(10)와;
상기 히트펌프(10) 및 부하(R) 측에 연결되어 환수가 순환되도록 연장되되, 상기 부하(R) 측으로 연장되는 메인라인(21)과, 상기 메인라인(21)으로부터 분기되어 상기 제1 열교환기(12) 측으로 분기되는 제1 분기라인(22) 및 상기 제2 열교환기(13) 측으로 분기되는 제2 분기라인(23)으로 구성된 환수공급라인(20)과;
상기 환수공급라인(20)을 통해 환수의 유출입이 가능하도록 연결됨과 동시에 일정량의 환수를 저장하도록 된 축열조(30)와;
상기 환수공급라인(20)의 일측에 연결되어 부하(R) 측과의 열교환이 이루어지도록 구비되되, 상기 환수공급라인(20) 상의 환수와 상기 부하(R) 측에 연결되는 부하공급라인(39) 상의 공급수와의 열교환이 이루어지도록 된 물대물 열교환기(31)와;
상기 환수공급라인(20) 상에 구비되어 환수의 흐름을 제어하도록 된 복수개가 구비되되, 상기 제1 분기라인(22)에 대응되어 환수의 흐름을 제어하는 제1 및 제2 제어밸브(24,25) 및 상기 제2 분기라인(23)에 대응되어 환수의 흐름을 제어하는 제3 및 제4 제어밸브(26,27)를 포함하며;
상기 축열조(30)에 저장된 환수를 순환시켜 냉방을 공급하는 방열과정에서는 환수를 상기 물대물 열교환기(31) 측으로 순환시켜 부하(R) 측에 냉방을 공급한 후에, 상기 축열조(30) 측으로 복귀하는 과정에서 환수의 일부가 상기 제3 제어밸브(26)를 통해 우회되어 상기 제2 열교환기(13)에서 열교환을 통해 냉각된 상태로 상기 제4 제어밸브(27)를 통해 다시 상기 물대물 열교환기(31) 측으로 공급되고, 나머지 환수는 상기 제1 제어밸브(24)를 통해 우회되어 상기 제1 열교환기(12)에서 열교환에 의해 가온된 상태로 상기 제2 제어밸브(25)를 통해 상기 축열조(30)로 복귀하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 대온도차 수축열시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열교환기(12)와 제3 열교환기(14)에는 상기 열원(S)과는 다른 냉각열원(C)이 추가로 연결되며;
상기 제1 열교환기(12)는 냉방운전시에 상기 제3 열교환기(14) 대신에 응축기로 작동되거나 상기 제1 열교환기(12)에 대해 추가적인 응축기로 작동되어 상기 냉각열원(C)과의 열교환이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대온도차 수축열시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각열원(C)은 냉각열원라인(41)에 의해 상기 제1 열교환기(12) 또는 제3 열교환기(14)에 연결되되, 상기 냉각열원라인(41) 상에 직결되는 냉각탑(C1)이나 상기 냉각열원라인(41) 상에 구비되는 다른 물대물 열교환기(43)와의 열교환이 이루어지도록 연결된 급수탱크(C2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대온도차 수축열시스템.
