상기 헤어밴드는,
일측은 막혀 있고, 다른 일측이 연결 형성되는 하부공간부; 및
일측은 상기 하부공간부와 연결 형성되고, 다른 일측은 개방되어 상기 하부공간부로부터 바람을 전달 받아 개방된 쪽으로 바람을 전달하는 상부공간부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 하부공간부는,
일측이 상기 지지대와 통공되도록 연결 형성되어, 상기 지지대로부터 바람을 전달받는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 상부공간부는,
다른 일측에 형성되어, 개폐구의 넓이를 조절하는 개폐구조절부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
