Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hair dryer, and more particularly, to a hair dryer capable of simultaneously discharging hot air and cold air by sucking outside air to flow hot air and cold air through separate flow paths, .
Generally, a hair dryer is an electric appliance used for rapidly drying a wet hair by hot air generated by electricity, and for maintaining a constant style of hair styling and maintaining it constantly. As for the structure of a conventional hair dryer, There is provided a heating means to which a power source is applied and a constant heat is generated by inherent resistance according to an applied power source supply.
And, it is constituted of an overheating preventing means for preventing overheating due to heat generated in the heat generating means, and a blowing device for introducing outside air into the heat generating means and guiding to lead out by hot air.
Here, the heat generating means is formed by winding an iron-nichrome hot wire around the insulator having a cross shape several times from the front to the back several times. The insulator has heat resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, and is a defective conductor of heat and electricity. When the power is supplied through the terminal connected to the hot wire, a high temperature is generated.
In addition, the overheat preventing means is fixed to an intermediate portion of the iron-nichrome hot wire so that the heat is normally turned on, and then the heat is generated over a certain limit in the iron-nichrome hot wire, Respectively.
In such a hair dryer, power is applied through a terminal, and heat required for drying hair style or hair is generated in the iron-nichrome hot wire. When the blowing device is operated, heat is generated on the side of the iron- So that hot hair can be easily dried or hair styling can be performed.
In addition, when the iron-nichrome hot wire is overheated during the drying process of the hair, the bimetal is turned off to prevent the electric power from being cut off and the burn due to the overheating.
However, in such a hair dryer, when the outside air is sucked by the air blowing device and is fed by the heating means, the outside air is produced in the process of passing through the insulator that supports the hot wire, and when the outside air is sucked, There is a problem that noise is generated.
In addition, when hot air is discharged, there is a problem that excessive heat is generated due to the reason that the discharge amount of the cold air can not be controlled, thereby damaging the hair.
A prior art document related to the present invention is Korean Public Utility No. 20-2013-0003386 (published on June 7, 2013).
An object of the present invention is to provide a hair dryer capable of simultaneously discharging hot air and cold air by sucking outside air to flow hot air and cold air through separate flow paths to form a flow velocity with a difference in atmospheric pressure.
In a preferred aspect, the present invention provides a dispenser comprising: a handle having a different outside air inlet; A flow path portion formed in the handle portion and guiding the outside air flowing through the different outside air inflow ports to flow along different flow paths; A heating unit installed in the flow path and heating the outside air flowing along one of the different flow paths; And a discharging portion formed at an upper end of the handle portion and discharging the outside air flowing along the different flow path by forming a flow rate to the outside by a pressure difference.
Preferably, the outside-air inlet includes a first outside-air inlet and a second outside-air inlet formed at different positions of the handles to introduce outside air.
Wherein the flow path portion is formed in the handle portion and includes a first flow path forming a flow path of the outside air flowing through the first outside air inlet port, and a second flow path formed in the handle portion so as to surround the first flow path, And a second flow path formed along the edge of the second flow path and forming a flow path of the outside air flowing through the second outside air inlet.
The heating unit is preferably disposed on the first flow path.
The heating unit includes a fan module installed on the first flow path and for forcibly blowing outside air introduced through the first outside air inlet, and an outdoor unit arranged adjacent to the fan module for heating the forced outside air to a predetermined temperature It is preferable to provide a heating coil.
The discharging portion may include a ring-shaped discharging portion body provided at an upper end of the handle portion and having a through-hole formed therein, a ring-shaped discharging portion formed at an outer periphery of the discharging portion body so as to communicate with the first flow path, A first discharge body for discharging outside air to be flowed to one side and a second discharge body which is formed on an outer periphery of the first discharge body to communicate with the second flow path and discharges outside air flowing along the second flow path to one side, .
A first discharge hole is formed in the rim of the first discharge body to discharge the outside air which is opened to one side and is heated and flows.
A second discharge hole is formed in the rim of the second discharge body to discharge the outside air to be flowed.
The second discharge hole is preferably arranged rearward along the other side of the first discharge hole.
One side edge of the first discharge body is formed with a first inclined guide body having a gradually narrowed radius along one side.
It is preferable that the one side edge of the second discharge body has a second inclined guide body whose radius gradually narrows along one side and a second linear guide body which extends linearly from the end of the second inclined guide body Do.
And the other side of the first discharge hole and the second discharge hole is formed to be hermetically closed.
Preferably, the discharging portion is horizontally rotatable at an upper end of the handle.
Preferably, the discharging portion is detachably installed at an upper end of the handle.
The handle portion is provided with an operation portion.
The operation unit may include a power supply installed in the handle and supplying power to the heating coil, opening and closing members for opening and closing the first outside air inlet and the second outside air inlet, And a controller for controlling driving of the fan module and opening and closing of the opening and closing members.
The present invention has the effect of simultaneously discharging hot air and cold air by sucking the outside air to flow hot air and cold air through a separate flow path to form a flow velocity with a difference in atmospheric pressure.
Further, according to the present invention, by using a ring-shaped discharging portion, discharging the heated outside air from the inside of the non-heated outside air, and forming a flow velocity by the difference in air pressure therebetween, the noise can be greatly reduced when the hair dryer is used .
Further, the present invention has the effect of providing convenience in use by detachably attaching the discharging portion or varying the direction in which the outside air is to be discharged.
