A first hook protrusion 223 protrudes from a lower portion of the holder side wall portion 222 of the holder 220. Four first hook protrusions 223 are formed and connected to each other. Thus, the plurality of first hook protrusions 223 are connected to each other to further improve the durability of the holder 220. On the outer peripheral surface of the holder side wall portion 222 of the holder 220, a second hook projection insertion groove into which the second hook projection 244 described below is inserted is formed along the circumference. The second hook projection insertion groove is disposed above the first hook projection 223.

The second member 243 is formed with a second hook protrusion 244 protruding from the inside thereof. The second hook projection 244 is formed around the circumference of the second member 243 in the circumferential direction.

The second hook protrusion 244 is caught by the first hook protrusion 223 and the holder 220 and the elastic member 240 are engaged with each other.

The first member 241 is in close contact with the bottom surface of the bottom surface. Specifically, the first member 241 is disposed below the second sealing member seating groove 216. [

A hemispherical protrusion is formed on the lower surface of the first member 241 so as to protrude downward. The projections may be formed on both sides of the first member 241, respectively. The protrusions can function to collect resin at the initial stage of injection.

Several elastic arms 242 are formed, and the plurality of elastic arms 242 are disposed along the circumferential direction.

The elastic arm 242 includes a first portion formed in a vertical direction, a second portion bent obliquely at an upper end of the first portion and formed in a circumferential direction, and a third portion bent upward at an upper end of the second portion. .

The first part is formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the second member 243.

The third part is formed so as to protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the first member 241.

The elastic arm 242 is integrally formed.

The resilient arm 242 is received in the receiving groove 217 when folded.

A method of assembling the injection section of this embodiment having such a configuration is as follows.

The first hook protrusion 223 and the second hook protrusion 223 are formed by inserting the holder 220 provided with the second sealing member 230 in the injection port 211 of the injection unit main body 210 from above and pushing the elastic member 240 from the bottom, 2 hook protrusions 244 are engaged with each other to complete assembly. Thus, the assembly can be made very simple and easy. Further, when the elastic member 240 is pushed in, the diameter of the first member 241 is larger than the diameter of the second member 243 and can be easily inserted.

Further, as shown in Fig. 7, the nozzle 500 of the beverage supply apparatus of this embodiment is formed into a cylindrical shape with the top portion closed.

The nozzle 500 includes a reduced diameter portion and a enlarged diameter portion disposed below the reduced diameter portion.

The reduced diameter portion of the nozzle 500 is inserted into the holder side wall portion 222 of the holder 220.

A nozzle discharge portion 501 is formed along the circumferential direction at an upper portion of the reduced diameter portion of the nozzle 500. A plurality of (for example, three) nozzle discharging portions 501 are provided, and the plurality of nozzle discharging portions 501 are spaced apart in the circumferential direction. The nozzle discharge portion 501 through which the beverage is discharged communicates with the injection hole of the holder 220.

The nozzle 500 is provided with a sealing member on its outer circumferential surface. The sealing member is disposed below the nozzle discharge portion 501 of the nozzle 500.

A method of injecting a beverage into such a beverage container is as follows.

The beverage container is pushed down so that the nozzle 500 of the beverage supply device is inserted into the holder side wall portion 222 of the beverage container. As a result, the nozzle 500 is inserted into the holder side wall portion 222. Further, the catching projection 215 of the beverage container is caught by the catching jaw (not shown) of the gripper of the beverage supply device.

The elastic member 240 and the holder 220 are pressed by the nozzle 500 when the nozzle 500 is inserted into the holder side wall portion 222 of the holder 220. [ 8, the elastic arm 242 of the elastic member 240 is elastically deformed to be folded, and the holder 220 and the second sealing member 230 are lifted. Thus, the injection hole of the holder 220 communicates with the interior of the body 100. Accordingly, the beverage injected through the nozzle 500 is injected into the beverage storage tube 120 of the body part 100 through the bottom surface of the injection part 200.

When the beverage is injected and the beverage container is tilted and taken out, the catching protrusion 215 is released from the catching jaw and the nozzle 500 is released from the holder 220. As a result, the elastic arm 242 returns to its original state, and the distance between the first member 241 and the second member 243 becomes farther away. Therefore, the holder 220 connected to the second member 243 is lowered downward. As a result, the injection port 211 is clogged with the lid part 221. As the holder 220 is lowered, the second sealing member 230 is simultaneously lowered, and the thick portion of the second sealing member 230 is inserted into the second sealing member seating groove 216, do. Therefore, the beverage injected into the beverage container is not leaked to the outside through the injection port 211. [

The coke 300 includes a coke body 310 installed at a lower portion of the injection unit 200 and a coke 320 installed at an outlet 312 formed in the coke body 310.

The cock main body 310 is detachably installed in the injection part 200 so that when the beverage is injected, the cock part 300 and the injection part 200 can be separated from each other, so that the beverage can be injected in a lighter state. Therefore, the beverage injection can be made easier.

Coke body 310 includes a coke bottom surface and a coke sidewall 314 surrounding the top of the coke bottom surface.

At the center of the bottom surface of the cock, an opener 311 for moving the holder 220 of the opening and closing member upward to open the injection port 211 is formed.

The opener 311 is formed so as to protrude upward so that the holder 220 can be pushed upward. The opener 311 is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to correspond to the lower end shape of the holder side wall portion 222 of the holder 220.

The opener 311 is provided with a flow passage communicating with the outlet 312 of the cock portion 300 so that the beverage discharged through the inlet portion 211 is discharged directly to the outlet 312 of the cock portion 300, .

The outlet 312 is formed in the cock side wall 314 to be exposed to the outside of the cock portion 300.

A cutout 317 is formed in the channel, and the channel is communicated with a space formed between the bottom surface of the cock and the side wall 314 of the cock. The cutout 317 is disposed on the opposite side of the discharge port 312. Therefore, the cutout 317 and the discharge port 312 are disposed on the same horizontal line.

At both sides of the upper surface of the cock bottom surface, an inclined surface 313 is formed so that the height decreases toward the opener 311 and the cutout 317.

An injection fitting groove 315 is formed in the upper portion of the cock portion 300 due to the cock side wall 314 so that the injection portion 200 is inserted.

A cock mounting portion 214 is fitted in the upper portion of the cock side wall 314. The cork part 300 is fitted into the injection part 200 so that the cork part 300 is detachably installed in the injection part 200.

The cock 320 is detachably installed to the discharge port 312 by screwing or the like, thereby facilitating parts repair and facilitating the cleaning.

Since the cock 320 is a widely used technique as described in the related art, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The coke main body 310 is formed with a receiving portion connecting portion 316 so as to surround the lower portion of the bottom surface of the coke. The pedestal connecting portion 316 is formed to be stepped below the cock side wall 314. The outer diameter of the pedestal connecting portion 316 is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the cock side wall 314.

Further, the present embodiment can further include the support portion 400 so that the container assembly can stand up stably and the cock 320 is disposed on the upper portion of the cup.

The receiving portion 400 is formed so as to be tapered so that its outer diameter becomes larger toward the bottom. That is, the receiving portion 400 may be formed in a conical shape.

The catch portion 400 may have a cock insertion groove 401 in which the catch portion connection portion 316 is inserted.

As described above, the receptacle 400 'may further include a beverage receptacle 420 for collecting the residual beverage falling from the cock 320. The beverage receiving portion 420 is disposed below the cock 320. The beverage receiving portion 420 is formed to protrude outward at the lower end of the receiving portion 400 '.

Because of this beverage receiving portion 420, the remaining beverage can be collected and discarded.

Hereinafter, the operation of the beverage container assembly of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration will be described.

7, when the beverage container is lifted up to the lower part of the beverage container as described above, the nozzle 500 of the beverage supply device is pulled out from the holder 220, Is automatically closed by the elastic force of the elastic member (240). Therefore, after the beverage is injected into the beverage container, the beverage can be immediately provided to the guest without any additional operation, and the beverage can be provided to the customer more quickly.

9 and 10, when the cock mounting portion 214 of the injection portion 200 of the beverage container containing a large amount of beverage is inserted into the upper portion of the cock side wall 314 of the cock portion 300, Likewise, the opener 311 presses the lower end of the holder side wall portion 222, so that the elastic member 240 is elastically deformed and the holder 220 rises and the injection port 211 is automatically opened.

Even if the beverage container and the cork part 300 are combined with each other, the injection port 211 is opened without any special operation, and the beverage can be supplied directly to the cork 320.

When the beverage container is completely filled with the beverage, the holder 220 is returned to its original position due to the elastic member 240 only by lifting the beverage container from the cock portion 300. Thus, It automatically becomes blocked. Therefore, even if a small amount of beverage is left in the beverage container, the beverage is prevented from falling from the beverage container. Thus, the usability is further improved.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims .
