광 반사가 가능한 재질로 형성되는 반투명 광산란필름 상에, 접착제를 도포하여 이형필름을 합지시키는 단계;
상기 반투명 광산란필름의 반사면에, 모양을 가진 디자인을 형성시키되 상기 디자인을 그 반사면으로부터 분리 가능하게 형성시키는 단계;
상기 반투명 광산란필름의 디자인을 상기 이형필름 상에 잔류시킬 수 있도록, 상기 반투명 광산란필름의 디자인을 제외한 나머지 부분을 상기 이형필름으로부터 제거시키는 단계; 및
상기 디자인을 사이에 두고 상기 이형필름에 전사필름을 합지시킴으로써, 상기 전사필름에, 상기 이형필름 상에 잔류한 디자인을 전사시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 반투명 광산란필름의 디자인은, 레이저 커팅 방식에 의해 그 반투명 광산란필름으로부터 분리 가능하게 형성되며,
상기 반투명 광산란필름 상에는 반사용 비드가 요철형태로 구비되고,
