Claims (10)
- 유기 오염물질로 오염된 오염토양이 투입되고, 회전하면서 열탈착을 수행하는 열탈착로;
상기 열탈착로의 일측에 배치되고, 상기 열탈착로에 투입된 상기 오염토양을 향하여 화염을 방출하며, 상기 열탈착로의 내부온도를 220℃ 내지 400℃로 유지하게 하는 버너;
상기 버너에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 열탈착로 내부의 산소농도가 부피분율로 10% 내지 21%가 되도록 하는 산소량 조절기; 및
상기 열탈착로의 외부에 배치되고, 상기 오염토양이 상기 열탈착로 내부에 체류하는 체류시간을 10분~30분이 되도록 하는 모터 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 유기 오염물질은 탄화되기 전에 산화탄화수소라는 중간물질을 거치며, 상기 유기 오염물질은 상기 내부온도, 상기 산소농도 및 상기 체류시간에 의해 무정형 탄화물을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 화염 방식에 의한 유기 오염물질의 저온 탄화장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소량 조절기에 의한 산소량 조절은 산소와 불활성가스를 혼합하거나, 산소와 공기를 혼합하거나 또는 공기만을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 화염 방식에 의한 유기 오염물질의 저온 탄화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소량 조절기는 상기 버너에서의 연소를 위한 공기를 공급하기 위한 공기 공급기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 화염 방식에 의한 유기 오염물질의 저온 탄화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화염은 복사 형태로 열을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 화염 방식에 의한 유기 오염물질의 저온 탄화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 오염물질은 석유계 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 화염 방식에 의한 유기 오염물질의 저온 탄화장치.
