The description will be omitted.

When the lamp is used for a long period of time, dust or other foreign matter is deposited on the surface of the light transmitting cover, resulting in poor transmission efficiency. Therefore, in order to prevent deterioration of the transmission efficiency, it is necessary to clean the surface of the luminaire regularly.

However, unlike a ceiling of an indoor unit, a streetlight or a ceiling installed outside the room is inferior in accessibility, resulting in various safety problems such as an operator safety accident. For example, in the case of a ceiling or the like installed inside a tunnel, there are many difficulties for an operator to clean several ceilings at one time due to various variables such as irregular bending of the tunnel bottom and difference in installation height such as a ceiling. Especially when approaching the next lamp after completing the cleaning work of one lamp, it is often difficult to automate the cleaning work of the lamp because the height difference from the ground of each lamp and / or the gap between left and right are different many.

Accordingly, there is a need for a new type of luminaire cleaning device that can quickly and easily perform a cleaning operation of a luminaire such as a street lamp or a ceiling by solving these problems.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a lighting fixture cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are views showing the operation principle of a lighting fixture cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. 4 is a view illustrating a process of cleaning a ceiling or the like in a tunnel using the luminaire cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 5 is a view illustrating a process of cleaning a luminaire cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.

1 to 5, the luminaire cleaning apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cleaning unit 100, a lift unit 200, and an upper / lower fine adjustment unit 300.

The luminaire cleaning apparatus 1000 according to the present embodiment includes a first frame 500 disposed below the housing 150 to support the housing 150 of the cleaning unit 100, And a second frame 600 disposed between the first frame 500 and the base 700. The first frame 500 may include a first frame 600 and a second frame 600 disposed between the first frame 500 and the base 700.

The second frame 600 is disposed between the elevating unit 200 and the vertical fine adjustment unit 300 to be described later so that the rod of the cylinder 220 of the elevation unit 200 is spaced apart from the upper Can be superimposed on the hinge axis 330 of the adjustment unit 300 in a straight line to prevent the center of gravity from concentrating or interfering with the structure.

First, the washing unit 100 may approach and clean the lamp 10 exposed toward the bottom from below. Here, the lamp 10 may be a ceiling mounted on the ceiling of the tunnel. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and a luminaire is a term encompassing various forms such as a street lamp.

The cleaning unit 100 may include a tray 110, a rotating brush 120, a jetting unit 130, and a dewatering unit 140 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The tray 110 may be a plate in the form of a tray. The tray 110 may be manufactured corresponding to the shape of the luminaire 10. The length of the tray 110 in the width direction is greater than the width of the lamp 10 so that the tray 110 located below the lamp 10 can cover at least a part of the lamp 10 .

The tray 110 may include a flat bottom portion 111 and a bent portion 112 bent upward from the edge of the bottom portion 111 and extending upward. A drain 113 for discharging water (washing water) to the outside of the tray 110 may be installed on the bottom 111 of the tray 110. Therefore, even if moisture is generated in the process of washing the surface of the lamp 10 using steam or washing water, such moisture can be accumulated in the bottom part 111 without splashing to the outside, Can be discharged.

In addition, an extension 114 may be provided at the edge of the tray 110. The extension portion 114 may block the gap between the tray 110 and the lamp 10 when the tray 110 contacts the lower portion of the lamp 10. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the possibility that the water or water droplets generated during the washing process of the surface of the lamp 10 are splashed to the outside of the tray 110. To this end, the extension portion 114 may be coupled so as to protrude upward from the edge of the tray 110. The extension 114 may be made of an elastic material, for example, rubber.

Referring to the drawings, the tray 110 may have a rectangular tray structure. In this case, the extensions 114 may be installed at the left and right ends of the tray 110, respectively. The extended portion 114 may be provided at the front end and the rear end of the tray 110. In this case, And may be formed to have a height higher than that of the extending portion 114 provided at the front end portion and the rear end portion. This is because the luminaire 10 passes through the front end and the rear end of the tray 110 when the tray 110 is advanced along the longitudinal direction of the luminaire 10 after being positioned to be flush with the bottom of the luminaire 10 To provide a pathway for

The rotary brush 120 is a member for cleaning the surface of the luminaire 10 by rotating in contact with the surface of the luminaire 10. The rotary brush 120 may be installed on the upper side of the tray 110 and may be rotated by a motor (not shown) disposed on the lower side of the tray 110. In this case, the rotary brush 120 and the motor may be connected to each other through a motor shaft (not shown) penetrating the tray 110 up and down.

The sprayer 130 may spray at least one of the washing water and the steam toward the surface of the lamp 10. For this purpose, the jetting unit 130 may include a jetting nozzle 131 capable of jetting washing water or steam, and a pump (not shown) capable of supplying washing water or steam to the nozzle 131. Here, the nozzle 131 may be composed of separate nozzles for individually spraying wash water or steam, or may be composed of composite nozzles for selectively spraying wash water and steam at the same time.

In addition, the jetting unit 130 may be disposed on the front side (front end) of the tray 110 with respect to the traveling direction of the tray 110. [ Thus, the surface of the luminaire 10 can be wetted by steam or wash water before the rotating brush 120 contacts the surface of the luminaire 10.

The water removal unit 140 may be disposed on the opposite side of the jetting unit 130 with respect to the tray 110. That is, the water removal unit 140 may be disposed at the rear side (rear end) of the tray 110 with respect to the traveling direction of the tray 110. Accordingly, the water removal unit 140 can smoothly remove moisture from the surface of the lamp 10, which is firstly cleaned by the jetting unit 130 and is secondarily cleaned by the rotary brush 120.

Specifically, the water removal unit 140 may include an elastic member such as a rubber film or a foam member 141, for example. The elastic member or the foam member 141 may have a rod shape or a plurality of the elastic members or the foam member 141.

Referring to the drawings, each elastic member or the foam member 141 may be arranged parallel to the rear end of the tray 110. [ At this time, each of the elastic members or the foam members 141 may be arranged so as to form a step (height difference) with respect to each other. That is, as the elastic member or the foam member 141 is separated from the central portion of the tray 110, that is, the elastic member or the foam member 141 adjacent to the rotary brush 120 and away from the center of the tray 110, And the height of the member 141 may be sequentially increased. That is, water can be completely removed from the surface of the luminaire 10 by successively strengthening the contact strength with the surface of the luminaire 10 through the plurality of elastic members or the foam member 141 having steps with respect to each other .

The cleaning unit 100 may further include a housing 150 coupled to a lower portion of the tray 110. A motor (not shown) and a controller for driving the rotary brush 120 may be disposed inside the housing 150.

The lifting part 200 is connected to the lower part of the housing 150 to raise and lower the washing part 100 so that the washing part 100 approaches the lower part of the lamp 10, And a cylinder 220 for linearly reciprocating the cylinder 220 in the up and down direction and may further include a housing 230 for receiving the cylinder 220 therein.

That is, the cleaning unit 100 can reciprocate linearly in the vertical direction by the hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder 220. The elevating unit 200 may further include a pump (not shown) capable of supplying hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to the cylinder 220 and a control unit (not shown) controlling the operation of the pump.

Therefore, the cleaning unit 100 can primarily access the lamp 10 to be cleaned by the vertical movement of the lifting unit 200. Further, the washing unit 100 can approach the lighting apparatus 10 to be cleaned more closely through the upper and lower fine adjustment unit 300, which will be described later.

In practice, in cleaning the luminaire 10, many of the luminaire 10 must be cleaned within a limited working time. However, the installation height from the ground of each luminaire and the distance between the left and right luminaire are slightly different The time required for arranging the cleaning portion 110 to the position of each luminaire 10 while moving between the luminaire 10 and the luminaire 10 is significant.

The upper and lower distance fine adjustment unit 300 is a device for further adjusting the minute vertical distance between the lamp unit 10 and the cleaning unit 100 (that is, a minute height difference).

Therefore, even if the upper and lower intervals between the respective lamps 10 and the cleaning unit 100 are somewhat irregular for each of the lamp units 10, It can be precisely adjusted to the interval.

To this end, the vertical interval fine adjustment unit 300 includes: a first link 310, one end of which is slidably coupled to a lower surface of the housing 150 of the cleaning unit 100; A second link 320 having one end rotatably coupled to the other end of the first link 310 and the other end hinged to an upper surface of the first frame 500; And a handle 340 integrally coupled to the second link 320 through a hinge shaft 330.

At this time, a sliding bar 350 may be further provided on the lower surface of the housing 150 so that one end of the first link 310 can slide in the horizontal direction with respect to the lower surface of the housing 150.

As the handle 340 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise about the hinge shaft 330, the second link 320 interlocks with the hinge shaft 330 to rotate the handle 340 in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, A first link 310 rotatable in the same direction and hinge-rotatable as one end of the second link 320 is lifted or lowered about the other end of the second link 320 fixed to the hinge shaft 330, One end of the first link 310 is slid in the horizontal direction with respect to the lower surface of the housing 150 and the washing unit 100 can be lifted upward or downward with respect to the other end.

As described above, when the luminaire cleaning apparatus 1000 according to the present embodiment is used to clean a large number of the luminaire 10 within a limited time, the washing unit 100 can be cleaned through the lifting unit 200 (First rise) toward the lamp 10 to be cleaned, and can approach (second rise) more closely to the lamp 10 through the upper and lower distance fine adjustment unit 300.

Therefore, even if the upper and lower intervals between the respective lamps 10 and the washing unit 100 are irregular for each lamp 10, the lamp unit 10 and the washing unit 100 can be separated through the elevating unit 200 and the vertical fine adjustment unit 300, It is possible to precisely and quickly adjust the distance between the upper and lower portions. As a result, the working speed can be greatly improved as compared with the prior art, and automation of the luminaire cleaning operation can be realized.

In addition, the luminaire cleaning apparatus 1000 according to the present embodiment may further include a vertical bar 210 arranged vertically.

The vertical bar 210 may guide the up and down movement of the washing unit 100 moving up and down through the elevation unit 200 and / or the vertical interval fine adjustment unit 300.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of vertical bars 210 may be vertically arranged. In this case, the vertical bar 210 may be installed to extend vertically through the first frame 500 and the second frame 600. The upper end of the vertical bar 210 may be inserted into the insertion hole 160 provided in the lower portion of the housing 150 of the cleaning part 100 and the lower end of the vertical bar 210 may be inserted into the housing of the lifting part 200. [ May be inserted into the insertion hole 240 provided on the upper portion of the body 230.

Therefore, the vertical movement of the washing unit 100 of the vertical bar 210 can be guided by the vertical movement of the vertical movement unit 200 and vertical vertical movement unit 300.

In addition, the luminaire cleaning apparatus 1000 according to the present embodiment may further include a left and right distance adjusting unit 400 capable of finely adjusting different distances between the luminaire 10 and the washing unit 100.

As described above, there are many cases where the distance between the lamp unit 10 and the cleaning unit 100 is different in approaching the next lamp unit 10 after the completion of the cleaning work of the lamp unit 10. [ The minute gap between the lamp unit 10 and the cleaning unit 100 is a real problem that frequently occurs on the construction site depending on the place or location where the lamp unit 10 is installed. That is, when a large number of the lamps 10 are installed in a row, a gap between the lamps 10 must be finely varied according to skill of the operator. In order to clean the lamp, Also need to be adjusted to match the position and height of each luminaire 10.

In order to solve this difference in lateral spacing, the left and right widths of the tray 110 may be made larger than the tolerance, but the size of the tray 110 becomes excessively large, There is a problem in that the operating expenses required to do so increase.

According to the present embodiment, it is possible to quickly adjust the distance between the lamp unit 10 and the cleaning unit 100 through the left and right gap adjusting unit 400 without having to increase the size of the tray 110.

The left and right gap adjusting unit 400 may include a horizontal bar 410 disposed horizontally and the washing unit 100 may horizontally move left and right through the horizontal bar 410. [ For reference, the left and right direction in this specification means the width direction (width direction) of the lamp 10. Thus, the horizontal bar 410 is disposed horizontally in the width direction with respect to the luminaire 10.

2 and 3, the left and right gap adjusting unit 400 may be disposed between the housing 230 of the lifting unit 200 and the base 700. That is, the housing 230 of the lifting unit 200 can be slidably coupled to the horizontal bar 410, and the horizontal bar 410 can be supported on the upper surface of the base 700. At this time, the lifting unit 200 may be disposed between the first frame 500 and the base 700.

Although the left and right gap adjusting unit 400 is disposed between the elevating unit 200 and the base 700 and the elevating unit 200 is disposed between the first frame 500 and the base 700 However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the position of the left and right gap adjusting unit 400 and the lift unit 200 may be changed as necessary.

Similarly, in the present embodiment, the vertical interval fine adjustment unit 300 is disposed between the housing 150 of the cleaning unit 100 and the first frame 500, but the present invention is not limited thereto And the positions of the vertical spacing fine adjustment part 300, the vertical part 200 and the left and right spacing adjustment part 300 may be changed as necessary.

In addition, the luminaire cleaning apparatus 1000 according to the present embodiment is arranged between the housing 150 and the first frame 500, and the washing unit 100 is disposed on the upper side (i.e., (Not shown).

The spring 800 may be disposed, for example, on the outer periphery of the vertical bar 210 so as to be disposed between the cleaning part 100 and the first frame 500.

2, the handle 340 of the upper and lower fine adjustment unit 300 is raised to the upper side as shown in FIG. 2 by arranging the spring 800 between the cleaning unit 100 and the first frame 500, 3, when the handle 340 of the upper and lower fine adjustment unit 300 is lowered downward, the compression of the spring 800 is released, The restoring force of the cleaning unit 800 can be utilized as a power for moving the housing 150 of the cleaning unit 100 upward. Therefore, by using the restoring force of the spring 800 when the operator moves the washing unit 100 upward by using the handle 340 of the vertical interval fine adjustment unit 300, the user can more easily move the washing unit 100 .

In the foregoing, a lamp cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention has been described. Hereinafter, a lamp cleaning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the description of the other embodiments of the present invention, the same or corresponding parts of the lamp cleaning apparatus according to the above-described embodiments will not be described in detail, and the lifting unit 200, which is different from the above- .

FIG. 6 is a view showing the operation principle of the luminaire cleaning apparatus 2000 according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the luminaire cleaning apparatus 2000 according to the present embodiment, the lifting unit 200 can be operated in a rack-and-pinion gear mode unlike the above-described embodiment.

To this end, the lifting unit 200 includes a rod 250 connected to a lower portion of the cleaning unit 100 and having a rack 260; A pinion gear 270 engaged with the rack gear 260; And a driving unit (not shown) that rotates the pinion gear 270 to linearly reciprocate the washing unit 100 in the up and down direction. The apparatus may further include a housing 230 receiving the driving unit.

The vertical bar 210 may be disposed in the vertical direction as viewed from the drawing, as in the above-described embodiment. Although the vertical bars 210 are illustrated as extending through the first frame 500 and the second frame 600 to the inside of the housing 230 of the lifting unit 200 in the above embodiment, In the example, the vertical bars 210 below the first frame 500 or the second frame 600 are replaced by rods 250 with razor gears 260.

Referring to FIG. 6, a rod 250 having a raceway tooth 260 is engaged with a pinion gear 270. Accordingly, the pinion gear 270 rotates in accordance with the operation of the driving unit, so that the rod 250 can move up and down, and the washing unit 100 coupled to the upper end of the rod 250 can interlock and move up and down have.

In other words, the rod 250 according to the present embodiment linearly reciprocates up and down through the power of the driving unit (not shown) as well as guiding the up and down movement of the washing unit 100 to move the washing unit 100 up and down .

Therefore, the cleaning unit 100 can primarily access the lamp 10 to be cleaned by the vertical movement of the lifting unit 200. Also, the washing unit 100 can approach the lighting apparatus 10 to be cleaned more closely through the upper and lower fine adjustment unit 300 according to the above-described embodiment.

As described above, according to the embodiments described above, it is possible to implement a luminaire cleaning apparatus which can improve cleaning efficiency of the luminaire, reduce labor consumption in the related art, and reduce the risk of safety accidents caused by a manual worker .

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the appended claims. The present invention can be variously modified and changed by those skilled in the art, and it is also within the scope of the present invention.
